If not for the camera, which he likely forgot, there was only 2 people there with him. Acceptable to me ha ha

They lost but COME ON. The commentators even said Josh hasn't thrown an INT in the 4th quarter since 2020. And his stats in the red zone are amazing. He is clutch. So he wasn't today. Are you perfect? That game is maddening as they could have won if the field goal had been made... and one attempted at the end of the second half. The Milano near pick 6 and of course that missed throw. People blaming the OL here take the cake with all the injuries these guys had!

Which plays did we miss on the most that cost us?
Jerome007 replied to Niagara Dude's topic in The Stadium Wall
The heat affected bodies AND brains. With almost half the D and O starters out, they almost won, beating themselves mostly. It IS a good sign, actually. But a division loss sucks. Injuries more if they are serious. -
It was indeed NOT meaningless for the standings! A loss to a division team. But I agree it is meaningless to criticize Beane and whatever with all that happened. I sure hope the injuries are not serious!

This game exposed we rely to much on Josh again
Jerome007 replied to 78thealltimegreat's topic in The Stadium Wall
This was not a normal game. Both teams had so much injuries, the Bills more. Crazy. And the heat was quite the factor. Hopefully they are not too banged up going forward. Beane has to be praised for depth and the coaches for having guys prepared! -
Micah Hyde seeking 2nd opinion on neck injury
Jerome007 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
It sure does. But unless that 2nd doctor lives far away and Hyde has to travel, you'd think with his money and status he'd get that 2nd opinion pretty much right away... -
It was a shove, not a punch. 1 game for that? Wow. Fine, sure. Suspension, no. Let them bang, bro.
-
Much better. Then.... why have two East Coast games? Weird
-
My young sons will watch the first half which is a good thing So... 2 games per Monday is all season long? Wow. Dumb.
-
Cam really often went straight in the pile in the middle like a RB. That takes its toll on shoulders. Josh very rarely does that, thankfully. Younger, he was. Maybe not like Josh but he was.

That's called getting sacked. It wasn't about him running... Yes I was too hot when I saw him run like a madman 3 TD ahead but it was obvious it was HIS call. Not even a RPO. A pass that wasn't open. For the rest, the biggest hits he took were in the pocket. He mainly ran in the 3rd quarter, to win. Not like it was called from play #1. Why would he want to risk half of his assets? They are already a happy couple. Inviting the State as a 3rd partner is a wise choice in 2022? This ain't our grandparents' kind of marriage anymore.

Well they better not run every time Kumerow is in there as it will kind of give away the surprise ha ha.

This has to be the deepest dline we’ve ever had
Jerome007 replied to 78thealltimegreat's topic in The Stadium Wall
I'm as excited as any of you. But the Rams OLine are their weak point. And while the "battles in t e trenches" should be more consistent than other parts of the game, we have seen many up and down performances by DLines in the past. But take last years Bills with added pass rush and stopping the run... and wow. Best team in the league by far. Even the offensive run game worked yesterday. BTW kudos to Dorsey. -
Ravens and Lamar do not reach contract agreement
Jerome007 replied to Steel City Mafia's topic in The Stadium Wall
A total "What if" that will never happen, but imagine he and Josh lining up in the backfield. What a nightmare that would be for a defense ha ha. Gadget plays galore. -
I admit I don't like Edmunds in there and I've not been vocal at all at his shortcomings... At the same time, he's the guy calling plays on defense so it makes sense. As for Taiwan and Matakevich, they are indeed the ST captains. I don't get the bad rap sent their way. Nobody pretends they are star players, but they are the Bills ST leaders.

PFT: Can the Bills thrive under the weight of high expectations?
Jerome007 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
"Circumstantially, Bills look like a 12-5 season By CHUCK POLLOCK - Olean Times Herald" As I agree with him, the first 7 games of the season are brutally tough. So... it might lower the pressure in a way if they lose some, and if they somehow are 7-0 / 6-1 after these, then the hype will be crazy BUT they will have proven it to themselves how good they are too. Anyway, as usual, injuries are a key factor. Let's all pray for #17 to have perfect health all year! -
As said by many, 4.8M already, now this. Wow. Kids, strive to be a 3rd stringer backup QB! Good for your health, best game ticket in the house, and you get the mullah

Our new punter will be (Update pg. 38 - Martin Signed)
Jerome007 replied to JMM's topic in The Stadium Wall
But he also punted for Detroit... so you know Beane had a LOT of videos of him doing punts ha ha. -
NFL Covid policy....does anyone know what it is?
Jerome007 replied to Beast's topic in The Stadium Wall
Very few sports still test players. I'm glad the NFL has dropped it all. -
Jimmy G takes pay cut, staying with Niners
Jerome007 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
It makes sense to me! And it does to the 49ers too if Lance is hurt or doesn't pan out as planned. They had to have quite the salary cap space to pay a backup that much, but what position is more important than QB? -
I'm a huge Milano fan and even I didn't realize his numbers were that good!
-
I didn't see a thread about this. Just wow at this ranking. I expected higher. Hopefully it gives him even more motivation! Edit: I just saw the Top 100 thread
-
So they are keeping these 2020 PS rules? Nice
-
I wonder though about having only 2 active QBs, isn't that a risk? There must be a reason most teams have 3 QBs.
