  1. Guess the Chargers should have been running a CB friendly system, then? They seem to always find ways to lose games. People can say Jackson sucks, but he really didn't suck in New England. He was a good corner. Diggs and Allen pretty much destroy all the best corners in the league. That's nothing new. If Jackson had come to Buffalo I know he would be playing well (not that Buffalo even pursued him). I blame the chargers for blunders like this. Whoever they trot out there to replace him will also suck. It isn't the players, it is the organization.
  2. From the pictures it looks like the box 2 is always the first number and the diagonal 2 is the second.
  3. Most people blame the heat and injuries, not Tua coming back in.
  4. Pretty bad look. Ultimately, I don't think it is a huge deal, but refs are supposed to be PROFFESIONALLY NEUTRAL. The key to success is to appear to be unbiased. Asking for an autograph from a player is not neutral or unbiased. It is the opposite. Another problem with it is they are enforcers of the rules and authority figures on the field. They are supposed to be above the players. An act like this puts you below the players.
  5. Her brother too. They were both trying to save their one-year-old brother who sadly did not make it, or at least that's what the article said that was posted above.
  6. I like how when they find out they still don't seem to care that much.
  7. Maybe they are bad, but we are going to get the best of every team we play. Everyone wants to beat the Bills more than any of their other opponents, because they know the respect that will come from such a big win.
  8. Way too much. I guess that's a move you make when you don't have a QB.
  9. I know we're supposed to care about this, but I just don't...
  10. He was always raw as a prospect and never got proper coaching on fundamentals till the pros. It took him a bit to catch up.
  11. It's a perfect weekend to take a break from football. Although, I probably won't be able to help myself completely...
  12. Joe is just a sports journalist who isn't really qualified to give out grades. Everything he says should be taken with a big grain of salt. He seems to have his biases as well. It's interesting stuff for sure, but nobody should be taking this very seriously. It's just his guesses. It's especially hard to grade oline and dline because you don't know what their blocking assignments are. Even a WR who runs a wrong route and happens to get open. How would you know? You probably get a good grade for that even though you deserve an F for running the wrong route.
  13. Vikings. They lost 4 superbowls too.
  14. OK, so there shouldn't actually be a holdup, right?
  15. Do they actually have to listen to this coalition?
  16. Hey, he has already sat two 4th quarters and is still on that pace.
  17. No, he will be a head coach after next season. Book it.
  18. I have no desire to bring in an underperforming receiver who seems to make the least of his targets instead of the most. I don't care how talented he is.
  19. In the NFL, the closer to the field you are, the more money you make. Superstar players make way more than coaches. Coaches make more than GM's. It's because they have a more direct impact on wins and losses on a week to week basis, the jobs are more prestigious, and they are more in the public eye.
  20. Beane isn't McDermott's supervisor, for one. They both report directly to the owners.
  21. I'd even say that Elam has struggled at times. He is a young player and has tons of potential, so I'm not worried even slightly.
  22. This, plus Allen is taking short passes and check downs more often this year, which requires the ball to be released on a lower trajectory.
  23. Yes, it's because Allen did it against an elite team. Nobody cares if you beat the Jags.
  24. Coaches make more.
  25. They save Fridays for high school football.
