100% get where you're coming from. And you're right, a lot of it, if not most of it has to do with the front office. I just look at what he has done since he's been the coach and it doesnt impress me as such as it does others. With the amount of money they've spent, and the amount of draft capital they've acquired I'd expect a better result on the field. The defense is good, not great and at times during his tenure its been bad. They also tend to play sloppy football which is also a reflection on him. Bottom line is I am glad I am not a fan of their team, and I think we both are happy to be Bills' fans. Go Bills!

To me, I still see a team in disarray, and I think it probably has more to do with the owner than Flores. But when I look at what he has been able to do since he has been there it doesnt impress me. They've never been better than 10th in defense when it comes to points or yardage, and they have plenty of talent on that side of the ball. The Tua pick, predictably, was terrible. And anyone involved in it should be gone at the end of this year. Their organizational awareness is God awful. They spent 1st round picks and money to build an offense of jump ball and speed wideouts on a team with a weak armed, injury prone QB who sits behind a terrible offensive line. They refuse to play Gesicki more because he doesnt block well, eventhough he is the perfect foil for a weak armed QB who throws the ball quickly. The team comes across cocky and dirty to me, similar attitude to the Titans, who have actually earned a little of the right to do so. If the team's owner has any brains in his head, he will not give up 5 draft picks and players to let this coaching staff and front office to throw some sort of hail mary to get Watson, nor do I let them draft the next QB as they dont seem to have much of an eye for talent outside of spending chunks of cash on free agents.

So so sick of hearing about what a great coach Flores is. He is a below average head coach who is overrated by the media, and in turn by fans. Its a case of, if someone hears it enough they believe it. Can someone please tell me what makes him a good head coach? He is below .500, has never had a top ten unit on the side of the ball he specializes in, and currently has two offensive coordinators. His highest paid player just said he wasnt surprised at the effort the team gave. Unless they can somehow trade for the walking lawsuit in Houston he isnt making the playoffs this year either. The Coach and GM both need to be shown the door. They have way more talent, and top draft picks than the Bills ever had on offense in the early 2010's, especially the Chan teams.

I dont think you can assess his play by saying he made the pro bowl. That honor means nothing anymore. If you say All-Pro, thats a different story. Tremaine is polarizing, because half of the board thinks he is a great player and the other half thinks he is a bum. The reality is somewhere in between. He is a little above average, but he doesnt make enough plays for me to consider him the long term expensive option at MLB.

Fully agree with you. They probably should have stopped thinking 2021 was just an extension of 2020 and realized that every season is different. Josh will be fine, and the Bills will still win the division.

No, running more would have helped. However, running the ball more doesn't keep the punt from being blocked, or complete the pass to Sanders for the touchdown. Running the ball more only wins you the game if the outcome was based on the need to keep their offense off of the field. The Bills lost because of a blocked punt, missed touchdown pass, and a bad call on 4th and 1.

The same stat was also brought up on WGR this morning. They essentially showed that Mahomes is the much better QB when down by 10+ points, not surprising because I think Mahomes is a better quarterback in a better offense. Outside of 2020, Josh has been in a less talented offense, and he is also not able to hit the quick strike long ball consistently. It's only Tuesday, and we are starting to get into paralysis by analysis. The reason teams like the Chiefs come back from 10+ points consistently is in part due to Quarterbacking. It also has to do with the talent around the Quarterback.

Gotta be honest, seems like you were a lot more quiet last year. Be interesting to see how often you post during the week after a loss, vs during a win.

If I tune into the game more than 2 minutes before it starts they've already lost me. The campy pre-game, and the multiple pre-taped musical introductions are awful. No reason to start the game at 8:15, just start at 8:00pm and get rid of all the fluff. The NFL has to get over treating every pre-game like its the Super Bowl.

Some of us forget way too soon. I was cringing when I saw the media picking the Bills as the Super Bowl favorites. If not for the Bills not too distant history, I am often reminded of the media picking the Browns, Chargers, and Jaguars as surprise favorites. But for as lofty as Bills fans ideals can be, I promise you the Phins' fans are way worse.

Its a waste of your time. Phins fans are the most delusional fans in the world. If you talk to them everyone on their roster is an all-pro, about to be an all-pro, or a secret weapon.
