Steve Tasker made some game changing plays in some of the biggest games in Bills history. Unfortunately for Tasker, his punt block in the Super Bowl happened in the biggest blowout. If Tasker makes that blocked punt in XXV, instead of XXVII he would have been immortalized in Canton a long time ago.

There is a bit of luck involved especially the kicking game. The Bills have had 18/20 (90%) FGs made against them. Meanwhile the Patriots are at 19/30 63%. Imagine kickers making 1 in their next 10 against us? That probably gets us a Super Bowl championship. Retrospectively if the Bills had same % made against them so far, that’s 5 less field goals, which wins us the Jacksonville & first New England game. At 11-4, the Bills would be the current #1 seed by virtue of the head to head tie break with KC.

With Star back I expect better run defense, and a more aggressive 3rd down approach using lighter interior DLline personnel.

I’d rather have rookie’s at DL who get at most 50% snaps than a QB who is relied on 100% of snaps.

Belichick is a sub 500 coach without Brady in 9 seasons. It is looking like he will get his team into the playoffs. So in 9 seasons without Brady (1991-1995 Browns) and (2000, 2008*, 2020, 2021) he will have made the playoffs twice .222 success rate. That’s not that good. I wonder what Bills fans would think if McD had made the playoffs once in 5 seasons?

The Giants had a good OLine, 3 headed running attack, and created crazy pressure with their 4 DE pass rush. I don't see a comparison, outside of us having to go on the road 1-2 games and knock off KC team many say are a dynasty.

Phil Jackson actually wasn't too bad.
