  1. Hopefully 15 years from now we just view it like Tom Brady's combine photo. Poor guy hasn't been told yet that he's been drafted by a CFL team.
  2. It seems like Mahomes has a big arm on deep throws. Where as Allen has a big arm on all of his throws. Meaning he throws with greater velocity on those 10-15 yard throws than a player like Mahomes.
  3. A couple of differences that come to mind: 1. Jalen is an all pro at his position I believe. Regarded as the best corner in the game today. KB is far from the best WR in the game today. Might not be fair but the better you are at your job the greater margin of error you have in any outlandish comments you may have. 2. KB criticized a player who was league MVP and lead his team to the super bowl all while KB was injured. Jalen is criticizing a player that is at this point in their career a complete unkown and does for better or worst have a lot of question marks regarding ability to perform at the NFL stage.
  4. Rodak has Ray Ray being cut. I can't see that happening.
  5. Yep. And we did a terrible job of preparing and protecting Peterman last year in his first start against the Chargers. One of the first three teams we will play this year. I'm fine with sitting Allen for the first quarter of the season unless he is looking unbelievably good in the preseason.
  6. Gilmore was excellent for the Pats week 6 on ward or so. So no surprise.
  7. The last time i was this excited to watch pre-season football was when we had Tyrod battling it out with EJ and Cassel. Can't wait for this three way competition to get started. That's brutal. Maybe throw Peterman out there for the first three games.
  8. Kerley and Benjamin are the two locks to make the roster IMO. Kerley is the most experienced receiver we have, has the most career receptions and yards and is still under the age of 30.
  9. The last time we had a completely open three way competition at the QB position it worked out pretty well for us with Tyrod rising to the top. Hopefully we get a similar result this time around but with a QB that can continue to improve each year.
  10. My gut feeling... McCoy will get a hefty suspension from the league. But be found innocent of all charges if any, in the court of law. Just not sure there will ever be the smoking gun that links McCoy to this. And you know he is going to have a very good and expensive team of lawyers.
  11. I love Moulds even though my first memory of him is getting stripped against Miami in the wild card game after hauling in a huge catch on our opening drive.
  12. Hopefully he throws another three picks against the Ravens so we can firmly put him in his spot as a back up and move on from him.
  13. Karlos Williams was awesome though. So much talent and he performed up to it his rookie year. It was worth the risk at the 155th overall pick. Just a shame he couldn't keep it together mentally.
  14. Yet they passed on him all together when they could have just signed him without giving up anything. They believed the better option was giving up a third for Tyrod. I'll take that bet. No way is Hue out. Tyrod maybe. Could be injured or maybe Baker starts to play well in practice. But the Browns could literally start 1-5 and they would have like a 500% increase in winning percentage over the last two seasons.
  15. I thought Simms was big on Lamar Jackson before the draft.
  16. I'd love to come across a cheap McGee jersey on ebay. https://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-Terrence-McGee-24-Buffalo-Bills-Youth-Sizes-S-M-L-XL-Premier-Sewn-Jersey/191853865346?hash=item2cab61a982:m:m-11N_eXfWuRLJESsyZGKQA:sc:USPSFirstClass!93309!US!-1 Dang. Brand new Terrence McGee jersey for less than $12. Free shipping. Too bad those Bledsoe/JP/Trent era jersey's totally suck though.
  17. I'm almost 100% certain Greer was on that '09 Super Bowl team for the Saints. Yeah it was 2009, his first season with the Saints. He was a Bill from 2004 to 2008. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/G/GreeJa22.htm
  18. He was a good corner for us but not close to the best I don't think. I seem to remember thinking Greer was the better of the two when they were both our starters. When you combine McGee's explosive return ability though he was possibly our best player at the time which I believe was the JP Losman/Trent Edwards era.
  19. Yes. Greer and McGee were both good. I believe they were our starting CB tandem for a year or two. Greer had another couple good seasons with the Saints when he left Buffalo and won a Super Bowl with them. Bills have never lacked talent at the CB position over the last twenty seasons.
  20. Best receiver at catching the 3 yard slant and turning it into 4 yards maybe.
  21. If this is truly and open competition I'll be worried if Allen can't beat out Peterman for 2nd string. Now if McDermott is dead set against starting Allen at any point this season regardless of circumstance that would be different.
  22. On paper we should start 0-4. But my money is on a 2-2 start. Like last year this team will find a way.
  23. Chargers and Ravens were right there with us in the end, we just had the perfect storm for once and made it on tiebreakers. Packers played without Rodgers for half the year or they would have been a playoff team. This is a stuff slate of games to start the season. Throw in an unkown at the QB position no matter who wins the starting job and I could easily see a 2-2 start at best.
  24. I am very great-full that Beane didn't not part with next years first. I have absolutley no idea where this team will finish next year record wise. Could be picking top 5 or could be picking in the early 20's again. With that uncertainty we need that draft pick.
  25. Baker clearly hits the left side of the tire. It just doesn't go through the tire. Those who say he doesn't hit the tire are wrong. But at any rate who cares.
