By far and away my favorite TV personality. No Reservations revolutionized travel television and I thought he was a perfect ambassador for NYC while he traveled the world. I feel like my balls have been kicked up into my stomach this morning upon hearing this news.

It wasn't until I lived in a different state that I realized how many Bills fans there are outside of WNY.. and just how passionate they can be! In fact it was a Bills fan from Minnesota that introduced me to Kenny and the Red Pinto tailgate about 20 years ago. These aren't transplants I'm talking about either.. they just got bit by the bug like the rest of us, often in childhood it seems

Melatonin helps me sometimes - it seems to be pretty benign but I try to use it sparingly anyway. Could be placebo but I don't care, if it works it works. I stay away from light as much as possible near bedtime including tv, phones, reading lights, etc. and also use a sleep mask (the kind with the convex cups so you can blink at night without touching the fabric) which seems to help avoid that little shot of adrenaline I sometimes get when I notice dawn light and know I have to be up soon.. Also turn the alarm clock to face away from your bed; there's no need to know what time it is if it's not time to get up yet! Good luck

If you think about it, it doesn't even make sense. The train horn indicates a big heavy object moving on tracks with momentum that can't be stopped. But we play it when we're on DEFENSE (3rd downs) - which to me makes it seem like we can't stop the offense...

I see a big difference between blue cheese dressing, and blue cheese dip. Dressing is usually runny, but dip - the kind that you can turn the cup upside down and nothing comes out - is what I look for.

Loved these when I was a kid. Throw in some black diamond extra sharp cheddar and wash it all down with Wink soda. I also thought their gummy candy was better up there.. like the cinnamon lips

If your tv audio setup includes left, right, and center speakers you can either unplug or use the remote to turn off the center speaker. This will silence the announcers while keeping the rest of the game audio intact, so it sounds like you are at the stadium. I have been doing this for years now and it has been a revelation, and it works for all sports not just football.

if your tv audio has a center channel, try turning it off during the game to silence the announcers

well busting a ridiculous 18 year playoff drought is the bigger picture in my book (and if you have us at 8-8 that likely means you have us beating the fins once, so there is no reason to think we can't do it twice) it's the eve of the biggest game of the season to date Fitzy, and we are very much still in it. if you can't muster up a Lets Go Buffalo now then I stand by my original sentiment!

They play the shout song at Lodos Bar here in Denver after every score. It's funny when the Bills score a fast/unexpected TD like a pick-6 and the DJ isn't at his booth because you hear people yelling 'Shout song Shout song!!' in all directions while they frantically scramble to cue it up. The Let's Go Buffalo! section sees a lot of fist pumping throughout the bar and has sent me home with my ears ringing on many an occasion. So it might be dated, but it still certainly has its place.

I absolutely wanted him to slid and seal the win. It is not impossible that a chief could have surprised him and popped that ball out and ran it back the other way. Unlikely yes but not impossible.
