The tackling was probably half the problem tonight. It was just miserable. The Jets played with energy and we looked lethargic. Simple as that.

I think we win the first three and lose the last two. We are better than the Jets. New Orleans doesn't typically play well outside of the dome. And the Chargers game will basically be a home crowd for the Bills. But it's next to impossible to beat the Chiefs in KC, and we know our history against Brady and the Pats.

Funchess struggled his first couple of years, but he took a big step forward this year, and yes, very similar to Benjamin. Benjamin can be a very good receiver if he's motivated. Not a burner but big and comes down with the contested ball. Sort of like Keyshawn Johnson.

Jets smashed us and then guys started dropping left and right. Think FJax and Stevie were hurt during that Jets/Phins/Cowboys stretch where we were destroyed every game. Season just spiraled from there.

I can only assume that Dareus was a serious cancer in the locker room. You can't just suspend him, because then you lose all tradeable value, so dump him for anything you can get in return. Exactly. If all he wanted to do was play football, he would have attempted to rejoin the Bills. Maybe he has and we told him to kick rocks? Who knows. If that's the case, then I don't have a problem with Boldin.

Taylor has his limitations, but as others have said, outside of Shady, he has next to nothing at the other skill positions (now that Clay is out). It's actually amazing to me that we are sitting at 4-2 when you look at our offensive roster (both sides really). Kudos to TT, McDermott, Rico and Frazier for the job they've done to this point. Also, for years we thought Sammy was the next GOAT WR if Tyrod could only get him the ball. Turns out he may just be a guy who was overrated and only destined to be a solid number two type.

Offense was good today outside of the late first half blunders. They carried the defense in the second half until the timely strip by White.

Actually, Bucs scored two straight touchdowns today. 20-13 to 20-20 - shady fumble - 20-27.

I feel good long term about McDermott, but this season is clearly on the brink with the injuries to Matthews and Clay. I just don't see how we can generate enough points to win more than 7 or 8 games.
