  1. America LOVES watching Josh Allen and the Bills. I can’t tell you how many friends of mine (who are not Bills fans but know what a diehard I am) have told me how much fun the Bills are to watch now. The news has gotten out — Josh Allen and the Bills are must-see TV.
  2. And that, I believe, is Gug’s point. The QBs are Lamont and The Punk. They just don’t compare to Mahomes, Brady*, Allen, and Rodgers.
  3. The Gate are the best. Consistently hot, crispy, and great flavor. Bar Bill is 2nd for me. But if you post a Beef on Weck poll Bar Bill wins it.
  4. Just because it was likely doesn’t make it any less interesting. If I’m a Green Bay fan I’m not thrilled. How motivated is Aaron this season? How likely is it he will try to “get along” with LaFleur? He will get his payday with the next team regardless of what he does this year, and Love is clearly not ready or Green Bay would have already traded Rodgers. This season has a “meh” feel all around if you’re Green Bay. I hope Rodgers goes to Denver. Let the Broncos, Chiefs, and Bolts beat each other up.
  5. So Rodgers comes back for his swan song with the Packers, and Green Bay essentially agrees to trade him after the season. Interesting conclusion to this drama. Now, where does Rodgers go in 2022? New Orleans with Payton? Denver? Miami? Philly? I’d have to think Green Bay doesn’t want to trade him within the NFC but they may not have a choice.
  6. Glad to hear from you JW. I hope you can get us some valid info on how the Beasley (and now Feliciano) issues are potentially impacting the Bills’ locker room in our most anticipated season in nearly 30 years.
  7. Love is all you need (or so I’ve heard).
  8. We are so friggin’ lucky Josh wound up a Bill. Can you imagine Allen on the Ravens? They’d be favorites to win the next 10 Super Bowls.
  9. Is anyone on the Packers gruntled?
  10. Maybe we can get him on the cheap.
  11. Damn you, sir, for digging up this abomination of a thread. The Duke won’t sniff this roster.
  12. There is a setting on Game Pass to hide scores.
  13. That makes the tally cars 3,263,540, bicycles 0. So saddened for the Knapp family.
  14. So Ben lost 10 lbs so he can…run more? His arm sure isn’t getting any stronger. I will say the opening game does make me a bit uneasy. Tomlin is a master motivator and the Stillers will be working the disrespect angle big time leading up to 9/12. Thankfully the Bills are the much better team and are playing at home.
  15. Apparently a disgruntled @BADOLBILZ had an autograph request declined by Eric Moulds early in his career.
  16. 1-3 in the playoffs. Baltimore in their current iteration are a team built to win lots of regular season games. Well, what's wrong with that, you say? Nothing really, as it means everyone keeping their jobs and annual playoff appearances. I don't know of anyone, though, who thinks that offense is going to win a Super Bowl. I think if Lamar was going to make a jump forward as a passer it would have been last season. A sinister part of me hopes they continue to own Cleveland, though.
  17. Boom goes the dynamite. Just read that average life expectancy in the US dropped 1.5 years last year. Whether you believe all reported Covid deaths are truly from Covid or not, the impact of the virus is undeniable.
  18. Don’t tell us you are seriously disputing that you are an all-time whiner…
  19. Man, I hope he recovers. Just awful. I have a lot of friends who are passionate about biking. I tell them they’re nuts for riding on main roads because cars and trucks remain undefeated in their matchups vs. bikes. They don’t like it when I say that because they think the laws should protect bicyclists and punish vehicle drivers. I tell them it’s irrelevant who the law protects when you’re in a coma, shatter your spine, or can’t walk again.
  20. You're right, the reporters seem less grumpy now that they are covering a reputable team/organization.
  21. Vic is one of the good ones...not afraid to be critical but also willing to acknowledge team and player successes. Too many "reporters" these days think it's a crime to actually be positive about something.
  22. What, no "Spencer for Hire" jokes?
