  1. But did he have a strange erotic journey from Milan to Minsk?
  2. What Bills fan “wanted Allen gone” after his rookie season? No sane one. As for Losman, I do plan to read the article and count me in the camp who believe the Bills’ coaching staff did him no favors. He was a confident kid and it appears that instead of mentoring him the Bills felt they needed to “knock him down a peg” — hence Troy Vincent breaking his leg in practice. I won’t go so far as to say his career would have been significantly different but he was dealt a bad hand being drafted by that dysfunctional organization. He always came across as a really good dude and he completely embraced the city of Buffalo while he was here; I’m happy he has found a home and a calling.
  3. Small steps. This will no doubt encourage vaccinations.
  4. I don’t agree with you. We’ll never know. Josh Allen is generational. He’s not just about his surrounding cast. Any of us who wanted to see it saw the superstar potential even in that “not very good” rookie season. After all I’ve seen, I believe Allen would have succeeded no matter where he ended up, and I’m thrilled it was in Buffalo.
  5. Bojo didn’t “get it” — and he’s gone. Good luck to him in LA.
  6. I expect an Allen extension to be announced about a week after the draft. Just a gut feeling.
  7. Oh, come on, fella, you just seem really, really upset about a 13-3 team that just went to the AFC Championship, has a 24-year old stud franchise QB, and is being praised as having one of the best front offices and coaching staffs in the league. I’m just having fun. Lighten up, Francis.
  8. I think you and @FireChans should go out for coffee.
  9. Not bad. Cool spot with Ochocinco.
  10. He’s here all week, ladies and gentlemen...please don’t forget to tip your wait staff.
  11. ...peace and harmony for @FireChans. I mean, with all of his consternation over focusing on special teams and Beane’s inability to “get the defense right” that’s the least we can ask for. Come on, Bills, help the guy out.
  12. I stopped at “what does they need...”
  13. I feel dumber for having opened this thread.
  14. The Bears are a bottom five organization at this point. Sorry Marquise.
  15. Eric Moulds is ineligible for consideration as he is not a part of the drought.
  16. Nate Clements opposite Tre White would be pretty nice.
  17. So I see the Browns are @ScottLaw‘s new Jets. After all, he nailed that one. Cleveland has a nice roster. They’re limited by their QB. Need to prove they can get over the Baltimore hump before I’ll put them in the top 3 in the AFC. Clowney is terribly overrated, but he’s better than JAG so I guess it’s an upgrade for them. He’s a player who is so clearly just in it for “me” though...not what I’m looking for when building a culture. Nobody in the AFC has Pat Mahomes or Josh Allen. The next best QB might be Herbert. Jackson, Watson, Tannehill, Derek Carr (!) were all better than Baker last year. And now the AFC will add Trevor Lawrence and Zach Wilson. The Browns are certainly no pushover and should be a playoff team again, but I’ll pump the brakes on calling them great just yet.
  18. Damn, that's right. My bad.
  19. I read it. Edelman's postseason stats are good, but even in the postseason he only scored 3 TDs after his rookie year. He's remembered for that stupid catch against Atlanta. There's also the extremely legitimate argument that Brady made him what he was. And how about that massive drop vs. the Giants in their 2nd SB matchup? (edit: oops) He fashioned a very nice career for himself and was fortunate to play with the GOAT at QB and had the GOAT as his HC. He's an afterthought in the story of the NFL. Is there a HOF for banging models? Maybe he qualifies for that...
  20. He's not a HOFer. Not even close. You want to call me pigheaded? Be my guest.
  21. Cracks me up that anyone would be saying Edelman and HOF in the same sentence, unless that sentence includes the phrase “no f***ing way.”
  22. And in other news, Generalissimo Francisco Franco is still dead.
  23. Long road back indeed...they still sucked until '73.
  24. Bills at Tampa to open the season on TNF makes a lot of sense. SB champs vs. one of the AFC favorites, plus the Brady vs. Buffalo angle. If not that, then a home opener vs. a division opponent.
  25. Four sounds about right, but I could see five given the 17-game schedule. There are three PT games per week, plus the Saturday games at the end of the year — so let’s call it 55 PT games overall (110 teams). That’s a lot of opportunity for the good/popular teams, and as has been noted, the Bills are drawing national interest because of Allen and their offense.
