  1. Probably a "B" without including Stephon Diggs into the mix. Davis and Bass were puzzling picks. I thought a different receiver, Troy Dye (OLB) or Biadasz (C/G) would have been better overall value in the 4th. I would have wanted Mann (P) instead of Bass in the 6th. Epenesa, Moss, Fromm, and Jackson were solid picks. UDFA's: I believe bringing in a pair of undrated TE's and linebackers and upside G/T would be good for competition and position depth.
  2. Ok choice. Do like Epenesa, Moss, and Fromm in their draft slots.
  3. I think Troy Dye would be a great pick-up in the 4th round. He is who I would want. I believe he could start over A.J. Klein. He can pass rush and has the range and height for coverage. I would be happy with any of the following in Round 4: Troy Dye (LB), Bryce Hall (CB), or Collin Johnson (WR), or Davis-Gaither (LB)
  4. ***I do not believe the Bills will draft a tackle simply because of Ford, Nsehke, and Williams all possibilities opposite Dawkins). 2nd: Pittman (WR) or Arnette (CB) 3rd: Moss (RB) or Dye (LB) 4th: Anae (DE) or Simpson (OG) 5th: Bailey (OLB) or Muse (SS) 6th: Stanley (QB) or Coe (DE) 7th: Hand (CB) or best ST player available
  5. Moss seems to be a fairly popular pick if he is available in the 3rd round. I like TJ Yeldon more than most, but 3 running backs that can play and take pressure off of Allen would really strengthen the offense and open up the passing game.
  6. The QB from Iowa. Not a runner, but has good accuracy, prostyle experience, and good size and arm strength, accoding yo scouts. I have read he compares to former or current players like Charlie Batch, Matt Hasselbeck, and Chad Henne.
  7. Winfield Jr Troy Dye Michael Pittman Any of the top 3 running backs
  8. I like some of these thoughts. I know it would not be the most popular pick by position, but who thinks the Bill might upgrade the TE position with Albert O., from Missouri if he is around in the 3rd? I don't believe in Kroft or Smith, so TE depth is thin, and I believe Albert O could compete with Knox and pair with him as a safety valve for Allen.
  9. What middle round prospects do you believe fit the Bills "process" culture, draft needs, and may honestly be available in rounds 3-5? Knowing that the Bills will likely value quality over quantity with this year's draft picks, what kind of players may become starters down the line and serve as solid backup depth? My Middle Round Difference Makers (Rounds 3-5) ***Bolded players are my favorite Offense QB Nate Stanley (Round 5 or Round 6) RB's Michael Warren (Round 4 or 5) & Lamical Perine (Rounds 3 or 4) WR's Collin Johnson (Round 3), Van Jefferson (Round 3 or 4), Jauan Jennings (Round 5) TE Jared Pinkney (Round 3 or 4) OT/OG Jake Driscoll (Round 4 or 5), Alex Taylor (Round 4 or 5), Jon Runyan Jr. (Round 5 or 6) Defense DE/DT Jonathan Garvin (Round 5), Nick Coe (Round 3 or 4), James Lynch (Round 3 or 4) ILB/OLB Markus Bailey (Round 3 or 4), Troy Dye (Round 3 or 4), Cam Brown (Round 3) CB/FS/SS Troy Pride (Round 3 or 4), Stanford Samuels II (Round 4 or 5)
  10. That's awesome. I sent him a text and told him I thought it was cool to reach out to fans and being a positive boost during these uncertain times for people. Very cool for him to do that, and he sent a classy reply. Rooting for him over Norman!
  11. The Bills trade their 5th round and 7th round pick this year to recoup their 4th next year. They use their 6th round pick on a punter who becomes their starter in 2020.
  12. Yes...Yes...I Love it. Agree a two-year deal for continuity would be great, but this is an excellent and common sense kind of move.
  13. I like it...low-cost, familiarity, and it will allow the cream to rise to the top for the #2 and slot position.
  14. I think the upcoming schedule will make it tough to get a high playoff seed, so Super Bowl aspirations are a bit premature. The Chiefs and Ravens are the measuring stick for the offense. Again, the development of Allen is absolutely everything! After Allen, the Bills need: 1. A young top 10 pass rusher 2. A solution at RT 3. A 2nd RB as a a safety net catching out of the backfield or a powerback 4. Solidify a #2 corner 5. A 3rd linebacker who consistently tackles well. Reasonable Solutions 1. Not an easy fix right now 2. D. Williams (RT Carolina) 3. Draft (rounds 2-4) 4. Not an easy fix right now 5. Draft or Development of Vosean Joseph
  15. Obviously, our current global health predicament and lack of sports in general is dulling all of our abilities and leading to these recent lackluster posts.
  16. I can't disagree with Sean Taylor as an all-time safety. I would still start Lott with Ed Reed over Taylor as Lott also played CB early in his career and was the voice of a solid defense. Yes...based off of nasty hits and as a physically freakish athlete, Taylor is an all-time great. He and Kenny Easley would round out my top 6 safeties since I started watching football in the 80s.
  17. Sorry...I cheated...if you are talking about dreams. And, yes, my defense would have about 12 in the secondary CB. Deion Sanders CB. Rod Woodson FS. Ed Reed SS. Ronnie Lott Slot. Charles Woodson Bench CB. Champ Bailey CB. Darrell Green CB. Darelle Revis CB. Patrick Peterson CB. Tre White S. Troy Polamalu S. Steve Atwater
  18. We trade the rest of our 2020 draft picks and our 1st in 2021 for Christian McCaffrey. Carolina is in a complete rebuild and gets like 7-8 picks, and we get a #1 receiver/#1 running back that allows Allen to manage the game with handoffs and short passes that lead to chunk yards.
  19. Like others have said, he is a excellent back for what we need. A change-up to Singletary that is a ground and pound kind of guy who would lead to sustained drives and less passing pressure on Allen. Drop Murphy and sign Hyde with money saved from Murphy for 2 years. Then get a RT upgrade.
  20. Overall very positive signings on defensive front 7 and Diggs trade. I thought we paid too much for Matekivich (spelling), but otherwise a strong start. I would like to see a RT upgrade, a RB, and another person to compete with Norman and Wallace at CB. A solid "B" grade at this point.
  21. D.Williams (RT) and Waddle Griffen (DE) or Floyd or Jefferson Pay for them by cutting Murphy, Nsheke, and Smith White 5 years at 17 mil On to the draft to get younger and cheaper.
  22. Too much for a process ST guy. To Do List 1. Griffen 2. Bulaga 3. Leonard Floyd 4. Jordan Howard 5. Extend White Now! 6. Cut waste (Murphy, Nsheke, Smith, etc)
  23. Offense Bulaga, Waddle and Howard Defense Griffen, Leonard Floyd, Reader Cut Murphy, Nsheke, Smith, DiMarco (use these cuts and money from Lawson and Phillips going) to cover most costs. Resign Now White 5 years at 17 million per No More Carolina Panthers Draft Depth DE, OT, SS, WR
  24. Agree that we are not a year away, and the draft is the least expensive way of hitting on a potential racehorse. We have a short window to find out if Allen is the man, so if there is a racehorse like a Hooper, Cooper, or a 2nd running back to determine if Allen is an average starter or a franchise-level QB, buy a horse or two that is a Stud along with drafting too.
