  1. I don’t discount any great defensive plays by backups in “garbage time”. A few scores surrendered like in the ravens cowboys game and it’s not garbage time anymore. You have to expose your frontline players to injury.
  2. I was hoping he’d sign his second contract before anyone realized he’s a 1 hiding in plain sight. Still hoping, in spite of him leading the NFL in yards per target, catch percentage and setting the NFL record for consecutive targets caught.
  3. Fournette is one of the least fumbling backs in league history and doesn’t have a job.
  4. Yup, I literally celebrated on the level of Bills game winning TD when Washington selected him.
  5. I’ve seen enough. Put him in bubble-wrap until January and February.
  6. Shakir has 14 receptions on 14 targets this season. Shhhhhhhhhhhh. Don’t tell anyone.
  7. Tarkenton had amazing longevity especially for his era, playing until he was almost 39. And he did it as the ultimate running quarterback. Tarkenton is the argument that running avoids hits in the pocket and leads to a longer career.
  8. Adding Ingram, I like the concept of the three giant corner triumvirate. Many of the dangerous receivers in the conference are on the small side.
  9. If Coleman was occupying the attention of the Dolphins franchise corner the whole game, that’s a huge win in itself.
  10. They always sign old RBs with names. I think they will sign fournette. I don’t think he looked bad for us last year. Likely was an attitude issue. He’s like the all time least fumbling RB in league history I recall.
  11. No it was NOT PI. Defender was completely turned around and had a right to catch the ball.
  12. It was shocking in the first quarter when tua lead Hill on the bomb and it didn’t seem Hill was able to run past Benford. Tua did what he was supposed to do — allow Hill to run under it, but he wasn’t even close.
  13. he’s under contract for three more years and I’ll run him out there at 38 if he’s 75 percent of what I saw last night.
  14. I nice complementary piece wr3/4. I’m glad he’s finally showing improvement in target percentage. Last year he slumped to 87% but is off to a better start this year. 8/8 100%
  15. Yeah for those not paying attention YES he was DOMINATING about 10 reps in a row before the inevitable sack happened on fourth down. Time to eat crow, non-believers.
  16. Man, Really missing Stef. 🙃
  17. My goal is to have Shakir, Kincaid, Coleman to secretly perform as #1 receiving targets while putting up just under the threshold amount of stats that would cause anyone nationally to realize what has happened.
  18. The only thing I see as criminal is shakirs low count. He’s at 88 percent catch rate per target the last two years, another 3/3 with an insane td yesterday.
  19. Agreed. I also thought that Ty Johnson ran for more than 138 yards in the entire 2023 season. Some things are not as they seem.
  20. Looking at the list of performers, the first real contemporary commercially successful A lister was Michael Jackson Super Bowl 27, perhaps with the way paved by Whitney Houston’s unforgettable anthem in Super Bowl 25. Before that it was usually a marching band or an up with people like act.
  21. I’d be furious if I were a rams fan. I couldn’t believe McVey, as smart as he is, gave him an 8 figure contract, though I wouldn’t fully put it past Tre to live up to it. He was that good before the injuries. I just can’t envision there were many teams looking to land white at that price.
  22. it looked like they were daring us to pass in the second half and the cards blew up many runs, like the chiefs in the playoffs.
  23. If they had confidence in the kicker they would have declined
