If you were to start booking a SB trip...

we were up 21 v the Lions in the fourth and I was sweating bullets - for good reason! -
Points per drive defensive metric
Charles Romes replied to PaoloBillsFanFromItaly's topic in The Stadium Wall
I noticed the chiefs never finished across the board top ten in offensive and defensive points and yards at any time during their current run. Which tells me they have been keying in on other metrics earlier than the rest. -
Steelers seem to come up with a big win just at the moment you think they are completely washed. That said, Watt seems to be much less disruptive than usual, may be battling injury.

Did the Bills purposely lose or is New England just plain stupid?
Charles Romes replied to HOUSE's topic in The Stadium Wall
This year seemed to set the all time record of teams in tank mode at the end of the year. Not sure how long the current set up without a lottery is sustainable. -
Bench pressed Chris Jones to beat the chiefs.

So what did we think of Buffalo Joe Andreesen at MLB?
Charles Romes replied to Beck Water's topic in The Stadium Wall
He’s an upgrade if he doesn’t sustain an injury every other time he sees the field. -
Masterclass by McD - drops the Pats from #1 overall to #4
Charles Romes replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
My favorite was when McD - after burning 45 seconds on a run our second to last possession - deployed his timeouts on defense to save time for our last possession. Plausible deniability. A nice touch. -
Peterman put up more than 60 percent of that total in one half.

You also have to factor in sack avoidance and offensive efficiency, near an all time record. In 5+ games we let the air out of the ball second half.

Von Miller needs 1 sack for $1.5 million
Charles Romes replied to Buffalo_Stampede's topic in The Stadium Wall
Something tells me Kraft will mandate the tank at halftime if it’s looking like the Pats can win and two second half garbage sacks will come Von’s way. -
It seems everything fell apart because of the inexcusable AJ Brown trade and their bad luck with the their LT’s surgery. Doesn’t seem either was Vrabel’s fault.

Chris Jones played week 18 last year, and got a sack worth $1M. The whole bench celebrated. I bet he plays based on the jones precedent. -
Do you want the Bills to win this week?
Charles Romes replied to Matt_In_NH's topic in The Stadium Wall
If there ever a more obvious tanking since the suck for luck colts, it will be Sunday by the Pats. They will pull out all stops. This is an un-losable game for the Bills imo. -
Yardage Predictions for Bills Receivers in 2024
Charles Romes replied to hondo in seattle's topic in The Stadium Wall
It’s strange. No one has come close to their prediction bogey but somehow the O is having an historic season and the Allen is headed for the MVP. -
Do you want the Bills to win this week?

A negative to having the last week being all in-division games is that there is a heightened benefit to lowering your opponent’s draft stock. -

Von Miller proves the doubters wrong
Charles Romes replied to transplantbillsfan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Von has gotten the majority of, but not all, of his short range quickness back, but does not seem to be well conditioned. He’s getting winded after a few downs and regularly has nothing left at the end of the play. This will limit his snap count to around what it has been in the playoffs. -
Coleman shows up Allen on first TD target
Charles Romes replied to BillnutinHouston's topic in The Stadium Wall
Allen is the MVP because he’s worked on things he’s needed to get better at throughout his career. He does need to throw that pass higher, and I’m glad Keon prominently conveyed that message. The next pass to Keon in the end zone was higher. -
Ty Johnson’s wife’s sign at the Bills game
Charles Romes replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
Have to credit Joe Brady as well. Ty did not see the field until Brady was named OC.- 69 replies
