You also have to factor in sack avoidance and offensive efficiency, near an all time record. In 5+ games we let the air out of the ball second half.

Von Miller needs 1 sack for $1.5 million
Charles Romes replied to Buffalo_Stampede's topic in The Stadium Wall
Something tells me Kraft will mandate the tank at halftime if it’s looking like the Pats can win and two second half garbage sacks will come Von’s way. -
It seems everything fell apart because of the inexcusable AJ Brown trade and their bad luck with the their LT’s surgery. Doesn’t seem either was Vrabel’s fault.

Chris Jones played week 18 last year, and got a sack worth $1M. The whole bench celebrated. I bet he plays based on the jones precedent. -
Do you want the Bills to win this week?
Charles Romes replied to Matt_In_NH's topic in The Stadium Wall
If there ever a more obvious tanking since the suck for luck colts, it will be Sunday by the Pats. They will pull out all stops. This is an un-losable game for the Bills imo. -
Yardage Predictions for Bills Receivers in 2024
Charles Romes replied to hondo in seattle's topic in The Stadium Wall
It’s strange. No one has come close to their prediction bogey but somehow the O is having an historic season and the Allen is headed for the MVP. -

A negative to having the last week being all in-division games is that there is a heightened benefit to lowering your opponent’s draft stock. -

Von Miller proves the doubters wrong
Charles Romes replied to transplantbillsfan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Von has gotten the majority of, but not all, of his short range quickness back, but does not seem to be well conditioned. He’s getting winded after a few downs and regularly has nothing left at the end of the play. This will limit his snap count to around what it has been in the playoffs. -
Coleman shows up Allen on first TD target
Charles Romes replied to BillnutinHouston's topic in The Stadium Wall
Allen is the MVP because he’s worked on things he’s needed to get better at throughout his career. He does need to throw that pass higher, and I’m glad Keon prominently conveyed that message. The next pass to Keon in the end zone was higher. -
Ty Johnson’s wife’s sign at the Bills game
Charles Romes replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
Have to credit Joe Brady as well. Ty did not see the field until Brady was named OC.- 69 replies

Will the Jets and the Patriots be tanking the last two games?
Charles Romes replied to tomur67's topic in The Stadium Wall
Rodgers will be giving whatever he has to have a chance to play next year. Week 18 the Pats will want to throw the game because they can land Hunter at 3. The Bills should tank week 18 to keep hunter out of the division. -
Broncos, Ravens, Chiefs - Can the Bills run through this gauntlet.
Charles Romes replied to Chaos's topic in The Stadium Wall
I would have rather had McD remain DC this year and call all the plays. The effort last year v the chiefs in the playoffs was better than we have seen, 3 straight stops in the 4th by AJ Klein et al (one overcoming a phantom flag) gave a chance to win in the fourth. -
There is no way we would have beaten the chiefs without him

We need Ted Washington to walk through the door. Just like in ‘90-‘93.

Controversial opinion: Elam was pretty solid
Charles Romes replied to Success's topic in The Stadium Wall
After watching the D get gashed by the Rams fully healthy, then the lions and pats, it’s we need to take risks and put as much high end talent on the field. Elam has a higher ceiling than anyone in the CB room and should play to give the team a chance. -
James Cook- special 2024 season
Charles Romes replied to MasterStrategist's topic in The Stadium Wall
He started running harder after Ray Davis’ big game v. the Jets. Competition works.
