  1. I’m still trying to figure out why the clock stopped at 3:12 after Allen’s amazing 3rd and 13 run. The clock stopped and the Dolphins were able to preserve a timeout which ultimately lead to them to having almost two full minutes for the last drive. Bills could have run the clock down to under 1:30 if the Dolphins burned a timeout after the amazing Allen run. Tirico mentioned that the Ramsey hold caused the clock to stop, but if that’s true couldn’t the Bills have just declined the 5 yard penalty to force the timeout, taking the ball on the Bills 49 rather than the Dolphins 46? The five yards did not put them into field goal range. Was it clock mismanagement by McD to accept the Ramsey penalty? 3rd & 13 at BUF 34 (3:12 - 4th) (Shotgun) J.Allen scrambles right end to BUF 49 for 15 yards (C.Wilkins). PENALTY on MIA-J.Ramsey, Defensive Holding, 5 yards, enforced at BUF 49. Does anyone know the answer?
  2. This was just another example of the media feasting on Allen’s supposed error-proneness since they have no ability to come up with anything else. He had a great chance to score on that catch, but Baker made a great play.
  3. If the game is too short our turnovers/drops are more likely to do us in. Almost ran out of time to beat the chargers. Need to go up tempo to lengthen the game to 75+ offensive snaps. That will increase the odds of separating.
  4. If the D continues to play like it did Sunday, we have one
  5. If I were a Browns fans I’d be pretty upset about having to take on the Texans instead of the Jags. Texans remind me of the ‘21 Bengals
  6. I still don’t understand why the clock stopped with no timeout taken after the 14 yard first down scramble. The explanation was the defensive holding call. Couldn’t they just decline the 5 yards to force the last timeout. That was a huge mistake by McD to not decline the penalty. Could have ran the clock way down before the 4th and 1.
  7. On a positive note we held them to about 4 first downs 50 yards after their second TD.
  8. Still don’t understand how defensive penalty stopped the clock. Could’ve we just declined it?
  9. Jonathan is sitting. Was expecting more from Jonathan tbh
  10. Peterson and McD switched places over the last 5 weeks
  11. Defenses have been crowding the box - Allen needs to go deep early and often now that the playoffs are locked up.
  12. At the end of the game when KC crushed TB in 2020 to send TB to about .500 Romo said he thinks we see the teams meet again in February. Thought he was nuts
  13. defenses don’t even cover him, Joe Marino showed how Allen’s Pats interception occurred when the safety declined to be moved by sherfields route. In the Philly game. He was totally mugged but so disrespected by the refs no flag came.
  14. If Steelers and jags win, should be collude with the dolphins to tie, surprised I have not seen that one yet.
  15. there are 14- 17 QBs below Allen and about 3 got the starting job due to injury, one of these 3 was minchew (I guess a backup or spot player) who has started basically the whole season and is about to lead his team to the playoffs. The chart only shows the Bills as being middle of back in terms of separation not bottom of the league as suggested by the OP.
  16. The chart seems to say we are middle-of-the-pack in separation. I don’t see where you are getting 27th out of 32 in separation.
  17. Two seasons ago raiders chargers week 18 almost ended in a tie, similar situation, except both would be in and not out I recall.
  18. Making the most money he possibly could out of that last contract was extremely important to Von. If Von’s play just deteriorated to this low level solely due to age, I would be the first one calling for his retirement. However, the fact is that a major injury caused this decline. Injury is the main reason players negotiate for guaranteed contracts. So, Von will get his money and there is nothing that can be done about it.
  19. Bills chances of beating Miami increase if the Steelers and Jags win imo. In almost every single case Allen has needed to bring the team down the field this year he has done it. FG v the Jets to force OT, twice against the Jags to keep us in it, twice against the Pats, against the Broncos, fourth quarter v the Bengals, twice against the Eagles, giants in the second half, chargers last drive. The offense is at its best when desperate and backed against a wall.
  20. Don’t they need to sign Brown. If he is a mid level starting tackle, what is that, about 8 per?
  21. The team has much more of a gambling big play defense this year that emulates the style of defense that has won the most recent several super bowls, as well as a running game. Like their chances
  22. 92 yards away from 10,000. Still can’t get over that Moulds finished with a career 9,995
  23. AJ mcKarran was the bridge QB but they realized he was awful - not any better than the flyer on the roster Peterman so they dumped mcKarran just before week 1. Bills were in the market for other bridge QBs but mcKarran ended up as their choice somehow, maybe because he was the cheapest.
