    really strange thing is that the clock stopped after this play without a Miami timeout, due to a Miami penalty. By rule the Bills were not permitted to decline the penalty to let the clock run.

    My goal is Shakir, Kincaid, Coleman, Samuel all look like they are capable of being 1000 yard pass catchers but the ball is spread around so much that no-one reaches 850, and they all remain affordable. That is the hack on the system.

    Referring to Allen’s “turnover problem” Chris Simms suggested 4 time MVP Rodgers playing it too safe in terms of turnover avoidance actually has doomed him in postseason. Probably has a point. Similar to a highly ranked yardage defense that can’t force a turnover in the playoffs.

    we have all seen what sometimes passes for a third tight end in this league. Morris is WAY better than your garden variety third tight end. I say he garners a 6th, 7th at worst.

    If he’s really not injury prone or was redshirted last year, all the more reason to trade Morris for a 6th or 7th. Looks like Davidson was a punter in college, which would have been helpful last year when Martin was injured but had to play to stay at 53.

    Morris is a proven NFL backup tight end. Might even garner a 6th if the injury prone tall guy is really looking that good in camp. Nice problem to have.

    If Burrow does not complete this season, it will be 3 season ending injuries in 5 years, and he no longer makes any of these lists.

    the chatter about the turnovers quieted with the run last year. Plus everyone looked up and saw that he’s the only player to ever put up 40 total TDs for four straight years. I say #5

    Not only is Dan Quessenberry still in the league, we was re-signed by the Vikings. That says all there is to say about how desperate the league tackle situation is. Makes sense to familiarize Collins with the system in case of an emergency similar to what happened at the linebacker position last year.

    the MRI scan didn’t show a tear. They only discovered the tear with an exploratory.

    The stampede of greed is relentless. At times like this, I really appreciate the oft maligned and ridiculed Gary Bettman. The lonely voice of reason holding out against playoff expansion to protect the value of the regular season.

    Can’t TBD officially endorse him? We all need him there. That ought to get him in.

    If worthy adds 15 points to try to play in the NFL he becomes 4.3 and not 4.2, meaning he is another Curtis Samuel. I’m not going to lose sleep over his training camp highlights unless he stays healthy and lights it up in the regular season.

    I cringe when I hear about all the reasons we lost to chiefs in the ‘23 playoffs and how Mahomes outdueled Allen once again. Klein subbing in for Bernard, are you kidding me.

    He was attracting all of the attention from the opposition just like Edmunds before he left. He doesn’t drop the bomb v. the chiefs, he’s still here, win or lose that game.
