There is zero reason for this to occur unless Joe Brady has some violent fetish in watching Josh Allen get beat up. We know we’re down two starting tackles. We know Pittsburgh has a strong DL. There are zero excuses to not have TE’s, a 6th OL, RB’s etc stay in to help protect. Going into the Texans game, it was reasonable to expect Brown & Dawkins, arguably the best Tackle duo in the league, to hold their own. They didn’t and Brady never adjusted. Because Brady can’t adjust. He panics when the bullets are live and can’t deviate from his gameplan. He’s a joke of an OC .. but he knows what’s coming this game. Has a full week plus to prepare for it. Zero excuses for Allen to get beat up like he did against Houston. I’m not saying our Offense will look good. It might be a slog. But it d**n well better not be due to JA getting hit 30 times.

Pegs hasn't figured out how to fix the Sabres. When Norris is back and they settle on a #1 goalie, they could be good. The "no-trade" team list clauses in NHL contracts are killing the Sabres bc the rock star guys don't want any part of this franchise and can prevent it from happening. Not sure how a team gets around that. The GM and Coach matter, but in the NHL talent on the ice eclipses every other factor.

I think it's a school or section choice, for example CBA-Syracuse plays in the public playoffs [NYSPHSAA] and play Buffalo Bennett today at 6 PM at Cicero North Syracuse [so basically a home game for CBA-Syracuse). I know McQuaid from Rochester has played and won NYSPHSAA titles in the past. CBA Syracuse is actually ranked higher than St. Francis, but is not participating in the CHSAA playoffs.

Brady needs to get better at keeping defenses off balance and finding ways to scheme guys open in the short area with opportunities for RAC including using the RBs more in the passing game. I would like to see more up tempo offense and preventing the opposing defense from making a number of adjustments down to down. Josh needs to get back to what was working last year and that is minimizing mistakes and playing small ball with this receiving core. Protecting the ball and winning the turnover battle is the first step to turning things around. Really sucks that the year both KC and Baltimore are having down years this team couldn’t take advantage and get the #1 seed with their weak schedule. It feels like this team will never get over the hump with this coaching staff.

The NFL is weird, it’s all about matchups. We may matchup well with Pittsburgh and take them out, but on the flip side maybe Cincinnati takes the Bills out. Add in some turnover luck (or unluck) and it’s hard to tell what’s going to happen. One thing is certain though, if the opponent stuffs the Bills RBs and makes them one dimensional, we don’t seem to have an answer this season for a variety of reasons.
