  1. Past hour
  2. Very well said. The masses are easily fooled
  3. We are a bit confused. We are a run heavy team that plays with a lot of TEs. It used to be a 6th OL but now it’s Hawes. We want to run, limit mistakes and control the clock. It’s just a super weird approach and way of building a team around, arguably, the most physically gifted QB in history. 🤣🤣 This offense would have been the PERFECT offense when you had Tyrod under center.
  4. I guess when Steve Bannon declares Trump will run and win a 3rd term, these protests make some sense?
  5. It really highlights the mistakes between turnovers and penalties. The Saints game showed how badly they were playing with fire and the following two weeks they got burned bad. NOW mix in points 1 & 2 here and it makes those issues even more sizable. Realistically the reason why nationally more people aren't as concerned as locals and local coverage is because the offense will have far more better days with less penalties & turnovers along with Josh just not having bad days like ATL. To add to that when the numbers say your defense is generating pressure it generally swings back in your favor where the sacks come. That won't save the defense which needs better tackling and coverage, but it will help make them at least more middling. I also believe whether true or not they have a break glass situation with Josh which if it gets tight enough in the season they tell him go nuts. We saw it in 2023 when they were 6-6 and he basically became a wrecking ball. Unfortunately the difference now is the coach and QB over in NE are far better then the guys down south and if they fall off too much here your looking at wildcard spots not the division.
  6. McD is less loyal to coordinators than he used to be. He fired Dorsey mid-season most notably. He also finally fired Frazier after 2022 and then moved on from the ST coordinator after two seasons. He should take over or be "heavily involved" in play calling on defense this team invested far too much in the off-season to have a defense this Mediocre.
  7. I seem to be in the minority here, but I feel that when Buffalo had that #1 WR in Diggs, and Joe Brady didn't utilize him like Brian Daboll or even Ken Dorsey. (rushing doesn't account for the QB runs) In 2020, almost 600 passing attempts vs 400 rushing attempts. A 1500-yard receiver vs a 700-yard rusher, Diggs' success catch rate was 65.1 %. record 13-3. In 2021, 655 passing, 461 rushing. 1225 yards receiving, 870 yards rushing. Diggs' success catch rating is 55.9%. Record 11-6. In 2022, 574 passing attempts, 430 rushing attempts. 1429 yards receiving, 819 yards rushing. Diggs' success catch rating is 66.3%. Record 13-3. I already listed what happened in 2023. My point here is that while so many are clamoring for a new #1 WR, like Chris Olave. Even if that player is a Justin Jefferson or a Ja'Mar Chase type that Josh Allen can depend on every pass play, I don't think it would matter in the way this OC schemes his offense. It sure didn't matter with Diggs. The Buffalo Bills have utilized the very same scheme that the New England Patriots used with Tom Brady, you know, the guy who won all those Super Bowls. Offensive Scheme: Erhardt-Perkins. Brian Daboll used this same playbook to build a crazy good passing offense.
  8. so McDermott fires the only insulation he has to protect him from losing his job? Babich maybe the DC but it's McDermotts team and his defense with this being his 4th DC. Let him continue to get better at in game coaching and keep him away from play calling and making a debacle like he did in KC for 13 seconds. If McVay or Reid had a bad offense would they lose their job? Reid did in Phili because he couldn't improve the offense, in fact.
  9. The Bills should not be favored to win the division. The game in Foxboro will be huge and that is one I do not see us winning.
  10. The 2024 draft looks poor. Coleman and Bishop need to step up. Neither are solid starters. The 2025 might be a good one if Hairston becomes a real CB#1. Walker, Hancock and Hawes have flashed potential as well. The rest of it driven by cap management decisions. Since 2023 Beane has improved the OL but has not found enough help at WR. His inability to find impact players on defense is his biggest problem. Is this fireable? Not to me. Most of you guys do not follow the Sabres. Give Pegula a chance to change GMs and I fully expect he will blow it in a big way.
  11. came here to say this
  12. I've always liked Fields ever since I saw him on the high school QB1 show some years back. He's a good guy, high character, intelligent and an outstanding athlete. Having said that, I feel like his process and release is extremely slow. I suspect his days as a starter are now over. Good Luck Justin.
  13. And the sign said "Everybody welcome Come in, kneel down and pray" But when they passed around the plate at the end of it all I didn't have a penny to pay So I got me a pen and a paper And I made up my own little sign I said, "Thank you, Lord, for thinkin' 'bout me I'm alive and doin' fine" Woo!
  14. Yea idk if Aaron Glenn is ready to let him loose
  15. What should happen ( at least) is that McDermott should quietly take over the defensive play calling. Any firings can wait until the offseason, but you have to do everything possible to steady the ship in 2025.
  16. He's at the end of his life as a slot corner 8 year starter basically playing as a hybrid 3rd linebacker in the nickel a bunch He just doesn't have the juice anymore.. that doesn't mean he can't make a couple of big plays down the stretch when the game gets condensed in January and February He also this is the perfect time to make that swap to free safety.. he still could get it done there for a couple years.. Johnson and bishop can maybe be something
  17. Agree. Yet so many people defend the most corrupt, even evil politicians. Many Russians wept bitterly when Stalin died, even though he murdered six million of their countrymen outright and deliberately caused another 20 million to die of starvation. The most despicable congressman today in both parties are reelected every year, often by huge margins. People turn their minds off and believe what is easy for them to believe. I get it, but it's pretty lame all the same.
  18. Run, run, pass
  19. Was/should be: Blue-collar Buffalo standing out under grey skies in a winter storm taking the punishment like a champ. No matter what happens or what you do to us, we're gonna keep coming at you as a unified brotherhood, for our city. What it feels like now: Don't worry, Josh will bail us out. If not, at least he has his commercials.
  20. I thought kapernick was your hero? Didn't he kneel?
  21. I was thinking the same thing.really.hoping
  22. Would heavily penalized be a team identity ?
