  1. Past hour
  2. Let's get to know Rashid Shaheed: Age: 27 Height: 6'0" Weight: 180 Targeted: 66 Receptions: 44 Receiving yards: 499 Receiving touchdowns: 2 Drops: 0 That's 55.4 yards per game. PFF grade: 66.9 Receiving grade: 70.3 Pass snaps: 317 Routes run: 299 Passer rating when targeted 80.3
  3. Gloves back on! Apologies in advance retroactively! I’m sorry for tomorrow, too!
  4. It's still on the D in the playoffs. Their numbers against the Chiefs on average are better in the playoffs on O and 2 TDs worse on D.
  5. and with Kincaid developing a good chemistry with Allen, this team could be deadly come playoffs...assuming the defense holds up its end of the bargain
  6. You summed it up at the end. The drop off is so significant that we need him to have that work. You’ve paid him and he’s producing. Ride it as much and as long as you can. He’ll get his rest or reduction in usage towards seasons end when/if we are guaranteed a playoff spot.
  7. Time for the Bills to pull some bodies from the CFL. We need our own Cameron Wake and Joe Horn.
  8. Maybe they thought Reagor was WR4 and may have been willing to trade up for him. Higgins does fit their player profile at WR to a Tee lol so that tracks.
  9. Drops have been a concern, but Shaheed's catch rate has only been marginally better than Davis in his career. Palmer has a better rate than both, so if the goal is a downfield threat with hands Palmer is better than Davis or Shaheed.
  10. If we hadn't traded for Diggs, based on Beanies drafting history, he would have passed on WR, took a CB and tried grabbing a WR in the third round
  11. November and the air temp will be 82 during game time down there. Not sure what it will be in the sun side on the field. Did they amend that stupid rule that if the home team doesn't use the cooler fans then the visitors can't either? That literally put lives at risk. They don't remember Korey Stringer? UConn has an athletic performance lab named in his honor. We learn NOTHING.
  12. I read up a bit on VOS Selections and Schwartz’s concerns. I certainly can feel for the guy, he worked hard, built a business and the uncertainty with the tariffs has got to be very difficult. In one interview, he also mentioned that his margins were already very thin due to the regulatory situation in NY and NJ. His business is required to post pricing for his product a month in advance, and with product/market conditions fluctuating, things turn south. He also mentioned that consumer habits are shifting away from wine consumption, or maybe at least the services he offers. It sounds like he’s got an uphill battle regardless of the outcome of the tariff discussion. I wonder what he thinks about the political situation in NYC, and if things get better or worse even if he prevails in this case.
  13. They almost certainly would've taken a defensive player with that pick if Beane hadn't traded it away after waiting for McDermott to go to bed that night.
  14. The information I have is at the point the Bills made the trade (which was FA time wasn't it so like 6 weeks out from the draft) the comparison they front office was using to decide whether trading away a first for Diggs made sense to them was Tee Higgins. That leads me to believe that at that point Tee was likely their WR4 because the consensus was Jeudy, Ruggs and Lamb would be gone. It doesn't have to mean that. Maybe the Bills felt Jefferson would almost definitely be gone too and so they thought WR5 was likely the best that would be left for them. Or maybe Higgins was WR4 for them at that point but they could have flipped to Jefferson by draft day - that's also possible. But the player who was their counterfactual in the Diggs decision at the time it was made was Tee Higgins.
  15. My thoughts…you have other issues if this is what you are thinking about “all the time”. Might be time to get the pipes cleaned and get your mind off of Jefferson.
  16. I don’t think about it at all. Diggs was the proven commodity. JJ was the fifth WR off the board. I think there’s no guarantee we take JJ if we hang onto that pick. And seeing how Diggs helped Josh ascend in what was a critical year into a perennial MVP candidate and the best QB in football, I would never ever consider doing a “do-over”
  17. A swing range of 64%?!? I like it!!!!
  18. Coming? I'd contend they are already here. I see a lot more green circles on LinkedIn than ever (i.e. "open to work"/indicating unemployed status). Most are in tech or related disciplines.
  19. The NFL needs Lamar to be relevant. Desperately, even if he didn't earn it - the NFL needs him atop the conversations. There is also Josh fatigue.
  20. Hell, no. Canadian Tire management training program for off season CFL players is far too attractive. 😉😁
  21. An old football (soccer) coach of mine used to say "If my auntie had balls she'd be my uncle"! I think that applies to this conversation.
  22. Internet doc saying Cook's ankle could be high sprain varierty and he should sit this week.
  23. How do they even catch the ball if Daniel Jones is not good.
  24. Ideally, they should have gone for the 4th down instead of kicking the field goal. Even if they don't make it (as long as they don't take a sack) the Bills would have gained another 8 yards than the missed FG. And if they make the 1st down, then they simply can run out the clock. It was possibly the right decision among the three choices.
  25. Josh is still THE man on this team but so far, from an offensive standpoint, Cook is the guy in MVP form for this team.
