This is what I really dislike about college football- the annual cream puff derby where big schools play teams they can steamroll 70-3. They can start their season 5-0 without playing any real opposition. Shameful, but it’s all about money.
-
I also noticed that during the game. Houston beat the crap out of us, but they weren’t dirty plays. I have total respect for that team. McDermott and Brady are who needs to see this. That offensive scheme was stupid under those conditions.

I respect your prerogative to be unhappy.

Thru good fortune Josh isn't in traction, sure didn't look like his line wanted to protect him Thursday night. We have James Cook. Shakir is a new dad. Bishop seems to be getting it.

This is one of the most frustrating seasons of my life. The drought wasn’t always frustrating. They just weren’t very good. This season set up perfectly for them. They arrogantly didn’t look to improve upon what looked like the worst WR room in the NFL. Then the GM goes on the popular morning show. He condescendingly mansplains to the hosts and an educated fanbase why we are all wrong and he knows best. The Bills used the clip to promote the season!! They were insulting us. Almost instantly, what anyone with a brain could see, came to fruition. The WRs were trash. Now they’re about to waste a season in Josh Allen’s prime, where Baltimore and KC were down. The Bills had a very easy schedule. This year was set up perfectly. To this point, they’ve failed and it’s their own arrogance that has us here. Brady hasn’t done a great job this year. You can’t make guys that have never been good, good. This is on Beane. Brady has been bad but no one would flourish with this group. They stink.

November vs December & January Bills Football
CodeMonkey replied to transplantbillsfan's topic in The Stadium Wall
They certainly are by this time in the season. But some here enjoy wearing the red and blue blinders, and that's fine. And we certainly can't blame people that have purchased December/January tickets from wanting to think that way! -
He knew what was going on in the division and which direction the Bills were heading. We sure could use him.

11/20/2025 Bills @ Texans post game thread
QLBillsFan replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
Again as I stated they are 31st run D that’s a fact. If you think they are a top half of the league D you’re delusional. All analytical football watchers know the Bills D is and has been the problem. This doesn’t excuse the O from poor performances.. but the D and its soft philosophy and player size is the problem. You’re blending two different discussions. I have never said Josh or the O aren’t responsible when they play poorly. But any objective Bills watcher is aware the D week in and week out is the Bills biggest problem. -
Anyone else miss having Mack on the team? Seemed like he brought a smile to the face almost every game last season. At this point, I’m thinking his contribution to the team and winning was even more underrated than we understood last year. Makes me even sicker to think he’s now on the Pats with a better record than us.

I'm really starting to love this WR room. We quietly got better

Acho shows how Josh had zero options and the Texans had zero respect for our WRs. No idea whether it is Brady, the WRs or a combination of the two, but it needs to be fixed, and, unfortunately it won't happen during this season. Worried Brady and our WRs are going to get Josh seriously injured. -

Different team. Different season. We will win enough to make the WC, but the division is out of reach. The defense is a mess. The offense is a mess. There will probably be like 15 players on the injury report. -

I’m looking at the Texans game differently today. Jared Goff threw 5 INTs vs that D last year. They just don’t allow ANYTHING. We were really ok considering no Kincaid and a complete reshuffling of WRs week to week. The only unacceptable loss this year is Miami. You can make a case for NE more than Atlanta imo. NE was at home. 11 league sanctioned penalties. Other than that, I still think there is reason to be confident we can make a run. Then I see the injuries and I’m like, just get me to the off season I’m so over this ***t. -

Everybody wants dirt cheap plane tickets. Well, those come with a price. The price is the cattle car experience. -
Will Josh Allen want to stick around for a rebuild?

I prefer 98 year old Tre white to this dude.

He kind of knows our scheme ... Just saying. 😁

Makes me want Beane fired all the more. Way too many hits holding the ball waiting for a crappy receiver to get open.
-
Can he play safety? lol

All teams struggle at times. But great teams don't have multiple games were they struggle to get to 7 points in a half. In 5 of their last 7 games they have had halves were they scored 7 points or less. Yet all of a sudden they are flip a switch cause it's November and December. They are what their record says they are. -
Allen missed a wide open Knox on the final play
Scott7975 replied to ChronicAndKnuckles's topic in The Stadium Wall
Try watching the video. I was 100% right. Defense wasn't giving him much of anything through the entire game. I am sure he missed some stuff but he was under duress all game long and all QBs miss some stuff. So your answer to this is that he adjusted upfield, while the ball was already in the air, and let the safety have a clean catch to the ball instead of continuing his route where Allen expected him to be? -
I think people are getting a little carried away with this. Props for not being dirty and intentionally hurting him I guess. But I don't think we need to praise the guy when we have no idea what his intent was or how purposeful the let up was. But I get it- we are all desperate for anything positive right now.
