I'm not saying it isn't on him but there were a lot of runs I'm not sure exactly who's fault it is. I definitely saw him crashing down the line and guys run outside and that may have been his fault but I don't know that yet. I do know he single-handedly stopped one drive with two huge stops in 3 plays and he forced a fumble on another drive and aside from him and Ed there was not a soul making any plays on defense.

Don’t know yet but I’m excited about Keon. Hate to nit pick - I don’t think Palmer is on the same page with Josh yet - and I’m not happy about how he stopped/gave up on 2 balls one of which was almost a pick. Used to Mack busting his tail doing everything last year. Palmer has to be better. Look the Ravens are awesome. That’s a great defense. I think Brady was a bit timid in how he attacked it.

I think people are possibly overrating the 41 year old decline for kickers. Kicking isn’t agility and speed. I don’t think the same aging applies. An extra few lbs that comes with aging could even help, see Sebastian Janikowski.

Baltimore has maybe the best secondary in the league so this was always going to be a tough game to evaluate. But the separation just wasn't there until the very end. And when they had opportunities to make individual plays they couldn't do it. Shakir had a chance to make a big catch on 3rd down but dropped it after contact. Coleman stepped out of bounds before his 2PC, then failed to make a contested catch on the next try. Palmer supposedly has these great separation metrics but none of that showed up tonight. The one bright spot was Coleman heating up in the 2nd half. We saw glimpses of the guy that had reportedly been dominating training camp, and he and Allen clearly have developed a good connection that should only get better from here. I'm not sure that is going to be enough though.

Also quit on a few plays including one that was nearly intercepted. Was not impressed overall.

Last year at 40 he kicked a 57 yd. In 2023 at 39 he made a 62 yd kick. I'd trust him from 50-55.

He needs to be in Babich's ear, imo. He was OK early and OK late, but his defense was confused and hesitant most of the night because of its coordinator.

Very few times in life have I been this relieved to have taken Monday off. At 40-25, I knew we had time; I just thought they had us outpaced. I knew we needed a turnover. I assumed if we got one, it would be Jackson. Never expected Henry. I have been down on Coleman. A river was crossed tonight as far as my view on him. And the chili was great!

Wonder if Cleveland is thinking, "We should have signed Prater"!
