Robbins aptitude for "Holding" for Bass is also relatively unknown. Bass missed most of Training Camp and 2/3 of the Pre-Season. When Bass returned in the Final Pre-Season game, Robbins was out with an illness.

As far as him being signed because our DT depth sucked. #1 are we 100% sure he makes the roster #2 that DT depth included Jordan Phillips, who we are bringing back presumably because he has something to add to DT depth

I would like the PS to have slots for protected draft picks thst year or undrafted free agents who entered the draft this spring. They can’t be activisted without clearing waivers and they can’t get plucked.

I got a 78, but I’d argue I’m more miserable than that. I’m a long time loyal fan of the USMNT. A lot of disappointment there!

The Browns owner also owned a fleet of taxi cabs. The extra guys were taxied to afternoon practices in the owner's taxis. The extra guys could then be activated as needed.

As a Golden State Warriors fan thru the 80s, 90s and 0s, being in the same division with the Lakers and Kareem, Magic, Kobe, Shaq, I never expected the team to win the division, much less contend for a title. However, they did it in 2015. The two with Durant were like icing on the cake. Then, their 2022 title was unexpected but still enjoyable. Would I have been happy with just one title? I think so. They dominated in winning the 2017 & 2018 titles so it would’ve been disappointing had they lost. So, with 4 titles, was I disappointed when Curry got hurt in this past season’s playoffs and they were eliminated? Of course. Will I be disappointed if they don’t win another title before Curry retires? Absolutely. When you have a team that is good enough to contend, you end up wanting as many titles as they can get before it crumbles away. That’s why so many of us expect and want to see this Bills team with Josh take advantage and win one.

Yet the jags have a kid who went 6/6 over 50 yards with a long of 70 this preseason! He just hit another 59 yarder splitting the uprights at least halfway up into the net. Why we are hanging onto a guy who had confidence issues and missed time with an inflamed symphysis pubis or “ pelvic injury” is beyond me when there are kickers out there to find in this era where kids grew up playing soccer. So I don’t worry about the fins finding one. Heck they make get the guy the bills just released who looked less shaky than Bass. Man , would love to have the jags kicker , Little I believe is his name , as this guy hit 70 yards at sea level in very humid air; he is going to win them a game or two whereas we pray Bass won’t lose another for us. It’s these little things. , no pun intended, that keep Mcd/ Beane at 0 sb appearances despite having the best unicorn qb in modern football history.

Yea I think that’s a good compromise between the two parties. He got an extra 14 mill to play this year and still gets to be free after the year. He’s not going to get a mega deal but he’s still young enough to get himself a nice 2 or 3 year deal worth 50-70 million. He’ll be alright unless he has a serious injury and then that case he banked another 14 million

I'd substitute Carter at DT for Phillips, who likely is going to the P/S IMO. I didnt like Greens preseason - interior OL depth is what they'd look at though. I think the 9th spot is between Lundt and Feeney, and if they think Lundt can make that transition to G if needed. I lean toward them keeping Lundt. Im really hopeful that they dont IR Max. I think he's clearly going to miss week 1, but think he has a chance to be back week 2 or 3. Either way, Dane has been atrocious and think we can get him onto the P/S. All that said, I feel like Carter and Lundt will make the team and Dane/Green will be cut. Phillips to the P/S seems more likely now. That opens 1 spot. If Max isnt IRd, then its obviously him. If he is, then I could see us keeping a guy like Ciarlo around. He embodies what McD is looking for.
