Game week thread - Saints at Bills
Sierra Foothills replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
The Bills need to fire their S&C and athletic training staff. -
It's not even really a weakness, more like the only piece that's not extraordinary. One Jefferson, Chase, or Waddle and this would be a dream-team/All-Pro offense.

Ravens at Chiefs - who do you want to have their third loss?
quincy replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
I would prefer KC to lose but I cannot see it happening. They are playing at home, in the biggest game of the week and this seems to be a game where it can be a "get right" game to kickstart their season in earnest. Assuming the Chiefs win in week 4, they are then back to 2-2 and will beat down Jacksonville (away) on Monday Night Football and the good vibes will return in time for another huge game at home versus Detroit on Sunday Night Football in week 6. In the next five weeks, KC has four home games, three true prime time games - 2x Monday Night Football, 1x Sunday Night Football and then their visit to Orchard Park in week 9. -
I’m only talking about very long kicks, which don’t even have to be made to earn points.

My roommie in college introduced me to the Clan back in the late 90’s, and he was ironically the most milk toast white suburban kid from Amherst you’d ever meet—that said, our stereo system output varied between Andrew Lloyd Webber show tunes, classical, top 40 or gangsta rap—I’d say quite appropriate to a well rounded liberal arts education lol 😂.

That's almost like having your screen name being something like BeefCurtns....oh wait.
-
well besides the QBs, Rams, Colts, Broncos, Chiefs and Fins are remembered by their other skills position players...which is why they are "truly great". Years from now, few will remember who these players were on the Bills for this 5 year run except maybe Diggs. Josh will be viewed like Brady---able to run up the numbers with a bunch of B listers (over this 5 year stretch).

With the possible exception of Allen/Elway, and maybe a push for Lamar/Marino (I still take Marino,) 1983 was much better in each of these matchups. The last comp only because Rosen was a cavalcade of awful.

I think our biggest needs for next year are as it stands right now: High Priority: IOL, DE, LB Mid Priority: S, WR, K Low Priority: DT, OT

Just not his children...he said f them kids.

How could you prevent it when kickers can simply kick the ball well into the stands?

Yeah Brady is still the GOAT for sure. The crazy thing about his career is he has what I consider to be three separate Hall of Fame careers - age 24 to 30, age 32 to 37, and age 38 to 45. Any one of those stretches was an all-time resume. That's how ridiculously good he was. To put Allen's career in perspective, he's still 3 years away from Brady's 2nd Hall of Fame career. And he just keeps getting better. After an MVP season last year he's shown an even better command of the offense so far this year. So who knows what his career will look like at the age of 35. The common belief has been that his production will drop off significantly after his physical skills decline. While he obviously won't be stiff arming the Aaron Donalds of the NFL in 10 years, there's to reason to think his mental abilities will keep improving and that will counteract the physical decline. Brady got to a point late in his career where he had basically solved the sport and couldn't be fooled. There's no reason Allen can't get there after 10+ years of play.

I would just like to congratulate Hairston on joining the exclusive club of being called a bust before even playing a single snap.

Does truth exist??
Royale with Cheese replied to Joe Ferguson forever's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
This is heartbreaking because everything this guy says is true.…this thread is about truth right? This was someone’s children. Shooter got both. There is nothing sadder in this world. What are the Dems actually doing to make the inner cities safer? Yet Conservatives are racist because they want crime to be tougher? Conservatives do not want to defund the police. We want more for everyones safety. Light consequences…this is the result. We have cases of people being arrested dozens of times and walking the streets. You have 4 teens torture a lady to death, they were celebrating in the courtroom because they were under 18, could only be tried as a juvenile so they’ll get a couple years at the most. Light consequences man….this is the result. Not to mention, you have a BLM advocate that was just sentenced to 20 months in prison for spending the donations on personal expenses….only 20 months! How does that not enrage supporters of this organization? Complete manipulation and fraud. I have donated to St. Jude’s, if I found out that paid for the Chairmans vacation, I would be livid! I just don’t understand those selective outrage, especially one that was so disgraceful towards you.
