  1. Past hour
  2. Ha, all good man. Just too used to folks thinking that's some major trump card to keeping coaches, if we cant name a guaranteed better replacement. They're out there. That's what the pros and consulting firms get paid the big bucks for.
  3. Your morale for sure. Hang in there. There are many bigger problems to be outraged about.
  4. why? if we go after a higher tier WR it needs to be someone without that personality type
  5. Don't underestimate Mike Brown. Burrow's injury gives him total cover for however bad the Bengals are. All he has to say is, "Well, we didn't have Joe Kool ...". IMO, the Bengals would have barely made the playoffs even if Burrow had played most of the season. Their defense was historically bad last season, and it had barely improved this year. They would have had to score 30+ points every single game to have a chance to win, and against good offensive teams, they'd have to have put 40 burgers. Burrow's injury simply postponed the Bengals fans learning the truth that their OL is trash, their defense is sewage, and their owner is laughing all the way to the bank.
  6. Prater.... 14/16 in the playoffs. Better % than Bass Bass makes me nervous. Prater I feel confident and other than 1 weird somewhat meaningless kick he's been perfect Prater would be scooped up by another team
  7. It's a good way to pi$$ people off and degrade morale.
  8. you can't be a top defense and fall apart in the postseason
  9. Frazier's D was a top 3 D. You are arguing with facts to say otherwise. If you want to say they were not clutch in the post season be my guest. But they were a top defense.
  10. Totally fair. We will probably see more new traditions when we get into the new stadium. It’s going to be incredible. The new traditions like the pregame chant and Mr. Brightside have largely been great. People earlier were complaining about it feeling forced. The Mr. Brightside thing is the perfect example of things developing organically. It was stars of this team, drunk at Knox’s wedding, singing like frat boys. It is so authentic compared to a lot of other things. We should be open to that. That holds especially true if it is driven by the players. I’m not suggesting forsaking traditions just to do so. I’m saying let’s continue to embrace new traditions that are distinct to this group. They’ve earned the right to carve out their own place in franchise history like those early 90’s teams did.
  11. Well, Do you think that there is any confusion amongst those called in as to what is expected out of them in the future now ?? Seems like a good way to get the military on the same page. Sometimes zoom meetings and policy releases aren't enough. .
  12. The opposite side of that coin is that none of the offense were all that good. The Jets have one of the worst offenses in the league certainly bottom 10, Miami's offense is mid-level (likely bottom 10 with Hill out but at the time the Bills played them they were a decent but not great offense) at best, and the Saints are another bottom 10 offense. Granted if you aren't going to "beat up" or at least play solidly against the bottom feeders who are you going to play well against? Also 5 key players could possibly be back at some point this season so its not like there aren't reinforcements coming. I also think if this team needs a piece of defense they will go out and acquire one maybe not a dynamic game breaker but a quality starter similar to how they acquired Douglas in 2023 (who say what you will about how he played in 2024 was fairly good in 2023). I think the truth about the defense is that by the time all is said and done it probably somewhat better than last years defense but we don't know if it is better by a big enough margin? Last year the defense was ranked 17th which tracks with how it performed (beat up on bad teams, OK against OK teams, and bad against good teams). This year if they ranked 15th that's not gonna cut it, but if they can be a 11-12th ranked caliber defense that could make a difference.
  13. The question is do we need them to beat the Pats? Statistically Pats are going to be the best opponent the Bills are facing thus far. I'd agree Ravens is far away the most talented team the Bills have faced and I can also say they wouldn't beat the Ravens without Oliver.
  14. Try decaf. Wasn't copping out. Was just an honest question.
  15. It's week 4 in a contact sport where he runs a lot and is quite agile. It's easy to factor in him being hurt. He ain't injured
  16. I’m willing to accept the possibility that he’s had a lingering injury this whole season. How many sacks has he taken this season? He looks a step slower than in the past.
  17. You answered your own question. Keep in mind that Frankish describes himself as “fiercely independent”. True story.
  18. i dont know but I would say if I had to say if he was playing or not based on this 5 second video bite I would say not ready... but its literally a walkthru 5 second clip so no idea... but I see what you see... imo
  19. I would argue that there were 17 consecutive years when I found “entertainment” very hard to come by.
  20. He will do the Patrick Mahomes fake limp then take off for 30 yards in a sprint Doesn’t matter what we think about him faking it or not. It’s his teammates opinion that really matters, and there is already some bad juju going on in that locker room.
  21. We soon learn how proficient Trubisky is at punting when his alter-ego takes field.
  22. VERY good signs that they are both improving. I really hope they take their time with both of them (Milano especially). It would have been very concerning if they were still not practicing in any capacity this entire week.
  23. Ah even better. I knew I was able to see a % on that site somewhere. I just couldnt remember where.
  24. Other than being a republican, why do you despise jd but only dislike Newsome? California has been ran into the ground.
