Reminder: Gavin Newsom won his state in 2022 with almost 60% of the vote. Yes, it's California, yes, it's not like the rest of us, but ... he knows where his voters are, and he delivers. Watch out: he's Bill Clinton. He will tack sharply toward the middle in any national election. Kamala was too stupid or too stubborn or too time-limited in her campaign to do that. He will have no second thoughts. He is a pure political animal with one goal in mind.

115 rating when targeted is nasty work.

Will we see Hairston "shadowing" Worthy on Sunday??
pi2000 replied to Special K's topic in The Stadium Wall
If he gets his head completely around and finds the ball that's an easy pick. That will come with experience, he's an exciting prospect. -
This is amazing debate I am reading. Helping citizens, not illegals receive necessary medical care is not considered a right by tax paying real US citizens is amazing. Especially when the socialist side of the country, with dems and repubs receive assistance just buying food...and 15% of country will starve with 7 days of no snap payments. An amazing struggle between my money and our money.

Sounds like Hairston will be asked to cover a team’s fastest or shifty receiver. Wonder if the plan will be the same this week for him on Waddle.

The defense the past two games reminds me of the McDermott lead defenses when he took over as HC in Buffalo... 2018, 2019 seasons the defense ranked 2nd and 3rd in yards allowed. Blitz pcnt was 23% and 31%, compared to just 19% in 2024.

TRUMP: I know nothing about the pardon of Binance king CZ. Of course it's a lie, but if you believe him, you believe that he just applies his sharpie to whatever his staffers put in front of him. So, so different from the autopen thing.

Dalton Kincaid playing like a top 5 Te makes the current offense sustainable and explosive. Shakir and the Wr fit it around him and the run game.

Toronto is largely full of bandwagon fans of NFL teams. Traditionally Bills fans in Ontario were more from the towns in between. This dude had a good couple days with his Jays and Chiefs.

The Bills brought in a lot of "physical freaks" on the D-line. Bosa is of course a monster and they took a chance on health there smart gamble. Both Walker and Jackson were monster build guys out the draft, Sanders not so much but Sanders wasn't a smaller guy either. Hoecht was also a "freak" guy with a lot of versatility and he looked to be the part before getting hurt. Larry Ogunjobi while not a freak was a stout plug up the middle vet DT. The Bills front office made it a priority to get bigger and nastier along the D-line both in their 3 major free agent additions and 3 out of their first 4 draft picks. I think they need another body up front with the loss of Hohect from the season and the major injury to Ed and Sanders. I would look to Arizona if they want to swap a 5th for a 7th or something along those lines for Calais Cambell. Campbell is playing fairly well and while he doesn't offer the full DT/DE/LB versatility Hoecht did he still could line up almost anywhere along the D-line and that would help with that loss and just add another competent body along the D-line. I still want a WR as the teams top trade deadline need but I'm not gonna act like they don't need a competent vet body either along the D-line.

So this is something I picked up on the broadcast. the first few series, Joey Bosa was annihilating the Chiefs RT. Later, to my eye, Joey was exclusively rushing on the opposite side. Which, I think, he has predominantly been rushing this year. My question is, what is the rhyme or reason for which side our ends line up? Does Groot prefer the left side? Do the coaches prefer AJE on the right? after what Bosa was doing to Taylor, I would have maybe considered leaving him on that side but I’m sure that’s not the whole story.

Deadline is tomorrow @ 4:00pm. Bad teams with valuable tradeable assets will run it right up to the deadline unless someone overpays.
-
Long term, the lineup will be: CBs: Benford Hairston Strong Safety: Bishop Hancock They will likely draft a slot CB, and another safety (or sign someone ala Rapp) At this point, I'd say the secondary looks like it COULD be good, but nothing is set in stone. Need to bring in a future slot corner.

It helps when you're insanely fast and not just desperately trying to stay with your man. Hairston's coverage has been perfect every time he's been tested, at least as far as I can recall. -

Agree with the not trying to overreact. The kids seems to be a gamer. Add Bishops rise and it makes a HUGE difference on the back end of this D -
He's had a few good games, and he just had a great one

“Josh has never won”? Or you mean “the Bills defense has let Josh down in every road playoff game”? -
Hoping y'all enjoyed Mahomes' comeuppance

Absolutely awesome !! Stunned it wasn't a penalty -
I don’t care how you read my observations, because if you ask 10 people how they interpret facial expressions , you could hear several different takes. My point is I saw a man tensed up with an assignment that will define our season and he’s coming up to a deadline and he’s got is his schwansburger to show for it.

I think a lot of that is more opponent he usually sees on the road than something that would apply to the other teams lol -
Hairston, Bishop and Hancock are the future and present. Benford and Taron will benefit from their play. The secondary all of sudden is athletic and multiple again. White and Poyer deserve alot of credit for their play as of late and presence in the room to get the young guys to the level they are at.
