Much like the Tug Hill Plateau gets absolutely hammered from the prevailing west-east winds along the fetch of Lake Ontario (which never fully freezes, even in the harshest winters). On Lake Erie, just pray for early cold, hard freeze that shuts the lake effect off by early January. Cold 🥶 is good! Interesting fact about the Blizzard of '77... Only about 10" of system snow fell. Lake Effect was shut off with an early freeze on Lake Erie... But lots of snow was sitting on the ice from previous snowfalls... The arctic winds blew it off!

It's nice to see him succeed out of Belichick's shadow. This will help his career more than anything and might help erase the failure in Detroit.

The only thing Josh has signaled being upset with is fairweather, whiny fans like the ones that left the stadium early vs. the Ravens (who probably left to get a head start on getting home and complaining on their favorite message board) -
Again, I disagree with this completely. You think they're taking T.J. Sanders, our high 2nd Round selection, off the field and having his Rookie season and development upended by doing elective surgery - so they can replace him with Larry friggin' Ogunjobi? That would be big dumb. And they don't even need to do that. Damar Hamlin tore his pec. There's guys like Brandon Codrington and Ja'Marcus Ingram who are inactive or barely used. Guys like Sam Franklin Jr. and Jimmy Ciarlo who are players who could easily be moved back to the Practice Squad. There is no "clever" roster manipulation. Just guys legitimately getting injured.

As good as Kincaid has played this year, I'm ok if he misses this one. Let him heal up so it doesn't bother him all year like his knee did last season I'm also biased as I would love to see Hawes get some extra snaps/targets as well. -

He's not a helpless child. It's pretty clear that Josh Allen has picked his last two OCs. I think if he went to Pegula and said that he thinks a change is needed he would get what he wants. QBs get coaches fired all the time. Remember how Aaron Rodgers got Salah fired last year in NY? Remember how Payton Manning got John Fox fired in Denver? Remember how Tom Brady got Bruce Ariens, with whom he won a SB, fired in Tampa as a condition of his coming back for another year? Maybe that's not who Josh is, but if he wanted a change he would get one. None yet, but who cares? We've got a coach to fire! -

Any word on Kincaid?? Game time decision?? -
Brewers win the winner take all game, 3-1, against the Chicago Cubs. The Brewers scored their 3 runs on 3 solo HRs, each with 2 outs.

Gotta agree with you on this, they are manipulating our roster so that we can bring on our PED brothers & Max H, and keep the newly minted IR guys available as needed later on, clever really, hope it works out for the best, GO BILLS!!! -
What did you do to cause the Bills to lose?

Answer to original question: I cared. I cared too damned much. -
So, if I can believe some guy on Reddit, defense can push their own players. But, as they pointed out, putting a lot of defensive players on the line to push back the offense, opens up the possibility that the QB, instead of trying to go forward, can step back and toss/pass the ball to some offensive player that no one noticed was off to the side.

Part of why Elam was able to get drafted so high. Was extraordinarily handsy in college and got away with it.

Josh would never ask for McD to be fired that’s not who he is and that’s not his job. The team needs to look out for him. -

Does every thread on here have to turn into "fire McDermott?" There are about 10 of you who refuse to talk about anything else. Here's my take, for what it's worth. Josh is the franchise. Much more so than even Tom Brady was in New England. If Josh thought he was wasting his career with McDermott, he would ask for, and get, a coaching change. If he thought that Beane was incompetent and only gave him players that he can't use, he would force a different plan or get him fired. If he wanted a diva #1 WR, he would get one. He's the franchise. He got a WR in the draft last year and a pass catching TE the year before. We all hated those picks and assume that it was Beane making another idiotic choice, but all indications are that Josh chose both Dalton and Keon. He just does his business in the background, so it looks to people here like he's a helpless child being exploited by the arrogant McDermott and hapless, idiotic Beane. There is also no way that he doesn't have huge amounts of input into the offensive game planning and play calling because if he didn't like the plays that Brady was calling we would see frustration on the sideline. They have talked about how key offensive players are heavilly involved in the game planning. Josh chose Joe Brady. Josh chose Ken Dorsey. He's been picking his own coaches for the past 5 years. If he wanted a different head coach, he would have one. Josh Allen is THE FRANCHISE. If you are frustrated with the direction of the franchise, take it up with him. - Today

Kirby Smart to the refs:
-
College ball still has plenty of teams that get hometown discounts The Blue bloods you have to usually beat them and the refs at their house
-
Auburn is getting hosed like the Bills do with the Homunculus crew, and in their own house too.
-
This is all in fun. We haven't a clue who's available. Mcvay I think has a chance to win a sb with this roster so I voted for him but I highly doubt he's an option. I'm just REALLY concerned we've got a coach simply not good enough to win the big game. If we don't get one with Allen it'd be the biggest shame in sports. All because we're holding onto an above average coach? No thanks. He broke the curse, great on the resume. Can't win a superbowl you gotta go.

Can’t believe they are rolling Tre out there again as if nothing’s wrong. -
Wonder at what point in game did McGovern hurt his hand and if it affected the snap exchange?

Basically we’re on the same page. They’ve been really close and all those untimely things happened against KC last year and in the 13 second game that could given us a SB. I think they could break through this season but unfortunately we’re probably going to have to win shootouts and that brings the refs and Sean’s game day decisions into play. You make a good point with the PED boys and improved play out of our established quality guys along with a healthy Oliver taking pressure off of the weak links in the secondary with more pressure and sacks .A trade at the deadline is also a possibility. I don’t like sounding too negative because I know what we’re capable of.
