  1. Past hour
  2. McDermott needs to be calling the defense all game, every game, in the playoffs. I don’t know what they’re doing right now, and maybe he is, but I want to know that this is his gameplan and his play calling when it matters. None of this Defense gets slaughtered for a half causing Josh to go into press mode and then we figure it out and maybe, maybe not McDermott takes over or makes adjustments in the 2nd half. Nah, who’s responsible? I want to know. Brady.. zero confidence in. This man is a joke. I get visually annoyed anytime I even see his face come across my timeline.
  3. Makes me appreciate Bruce even more!
  4. As others have said Mike McDaniel Alex Tanney Mike Kaufka Bills need to transition to a WC offense for the 2nd half of Josh's career and move away from EP Defense is a lost cause because McDermott will micromanage whoever is DC and no competent DC will want to work with that. It will be an internal hire only
  5. I don't really know how betting lines are set as I'm not a gambler, but I wonder if part of it is setting a line that gets people to move on it (last game anyone saw of the Bills was at Houston). I would think, being on the road, the Bills would be like -2 at most, if not underdogs.
  6. What do Bills scouts get paid for? Do they keep coming back to meetings saying “nope, we looked all over and didn’t see anything good, but just wait until the draft — we’ve cherry picked the very best underwhelming set of dlinemen. Just go with our old players til then. Can we go home now?” I mean this is something well beyond a bad cliche at this point. How can Beane as a grown man look himself in the mirror and not see this as utterly ridiculous?
  7. I find the “your message board behavior should be more like mine” routine to be a little on the self-important side. Whatever works for you. Also - stop whining.
  8. I’m the guy with an obsession? Why don’t you start by acknowledging what Hillary actually said? Yes, it was stupid and disrespectful. But there’s more to the quote than that to which you alluded. And, snowflakes like you take it out of context because it fits with your performative outrage.
  9. Same as it ever was. Critical coaching failures on both sides of the ball lead to a close loss. Yeah the players are going to make mistakes, they have the tougher job by far. The coaches can't be the reason you lose when the margins get thin. Because to win a Super Bowl you need to win four consecutive games where the margins are thin. I have zero confidence our coaching staff on either side of the ball can perform at the necessary level with the necessary consistency in those games to go all the way.
  10. this is honestly freaking hilarious! https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=821239007287652&set=gm.24981046964924301&idorvanity=199621680160173
  11. Better receivers and pass rushers. its also hilarious how bad Frazier got scapegoated with multiple top 3 defenses.
  12. Best way to describe him - solid. He is not a game changing pass rusher (dare I call him high motor). He would be much better if they had a legit pass rushing threat across from him (Bosa has been solid but he’s not one of those special guys). next to receiver, Beane sucks the most at scouting pass rushing. Groot is far from a bust but he’s will never be a guy teams need to really game plan for and we badly need one of those guys.
  13. Just fantasy football/gambling mentality imo Pretty much every time I say Groot is good and worth his contract here and on other boards I get a nice wave of negative reactions from all of the very smart and stable football geniuses that are "fans" of this team If there isn't a big box score the player must be terrible
  14. I was saying the exact same thing to my TV, why not kick a field goal there. The defense was actually holding up at this point and there was plenty of time. The play call was atrocious, you could see Cook was gassed that's why i thought it was Josh Allen all the way.
  15. Do you guys just sit in the corner chair and watch each other like a couple cuks? I mean it's one thing for the idiot left trolls to just be flat out idiots. Those are indistinguishable from common idiots but you and the few who relentlessly troll from the right are the same. You're probably too stupid to go join the better political board new site, but then stupid enough to hang around here and continue to the discourse of this disgusting place. It's sad when there used to be such a good conversation on this site continued to be ruined by the likes of trolls. There will be excuses, and there will likely never be a prosecution by Comey who circumvented the law to play his political games. But then again, there are a double standard in this country. The guy is an arrogant prick who's very good at walking the political lines, to meet him you would never know he is such a douchebag until you realized he is clearly that kind of schmoozing douchebag. He's an arrogant pompous prick.
  16. Beane and Mcd should be on the hot seat but most of us know that seat is not even warm yet according to Pegs.
  17. KC isn't going to make it. Same with the Lions. How crazy is that? The math just aint mathin. Lions have a better chance than KC but they need to beat GB this week. If they don't they could be done. It's a product of a few divisions being crazily stacked, so that the wild cards are going to go to 11 and 12 win teams. Since all 4 division winners get in there's a crunch for the 3 wild cards, and a couple of divisions could send 2 wild cards each in a normal year but there isn't room. All the Chargers need to do is win a couple of games and they'll clear the Chiefs. I could see the Jaguars and Colts splitting games, muddling that picture a bit. Colts could very easily fall all the way out.
  18. I don’t see any way that Hegseth is allowed to walk free once Dems take power. A truly evil, evil man destined for a lonely grave in a forgotten cemetery and, God willing, eternal torment in Hell.
  19. Cowboys could really do everyone a solid on Thanksgiving. They are probably the least trustworthy team ever though. Chiefs still play Texans and Chargers, so someone is losing those games. Chargers finish with Eagles, Chiefs, Cowboys, Texans, Broncos. I could easily see the Colts fighting for a WC with their schedule. AFC South is going to beat each other up down the stretch. If the Texans beat the Colts this weekend, they have the Chiefs the following weekend… might be time to start rooting for Houston.
  20. Senator Kelly responds to the latest by posting a tweet that details his military service (which is exemplary) It was of course reposted in the ***** Hegseth thread by eager sycophant Billstime. Of course there is a flaw in this . No one's calling out his record, just his recent judgment, which seems to be tainted by a case of TDS.
  21. I don’t think Groot was ever expected to be a dominant edge rusher coming from LDE. That would be great, but that was never the expectation. He’s not a Dwight Freeney or Von Miller kind of player, he has a different skill set.
  22. Week in and week out I keep hearing about how they just missed winning and how things aren’t really that bad. My TV must not be set to its optimal picture settings for these games because from what I see, it looks bad. Really, really bad
  23. Spencer Brown begins to cost serious money starting in 2026. He has only made it through the full 17 games once in his 5 years in the league. Are there real durability concerns here? He's a tough nasty mauler, but I do worry that we lose him at key spots in the schedule.
  24. On the flip side, the Steelers have a chance to push themselves into the 7 seed and send us to the "in the hunt" group with a win this week. We lose this weekend, and the Steelers leapfrog us and the Texans could as well with a win. This week really is a make or break week. I feel like the loser of this one misses the playoffs entirely.
