  1. Past hour
  2. This just went on my Christmas wish list. Thanks for sharing!
  3. Early is an understatement. How do you possibly judge a pick 4 games into their rookie season? This reminds me of when 80% of this board thought Bernard was a bust.
  4. My opinion on running back: I would probably wait till the very deadline to make a move seeing as how quick they get hurt. I would also probably kick the tires on Gore Jr prior to making this move. He's been flat productive and good in significant preseason time. Additionally, I'd like to give Ray Davis just some more handoffs before even doing that. It's amazing how low his volume has been. It begs the question of how his performance has been in practice.
  5. Knox is more valuable to us this year than a 5th.
  6. I think with Hairston and strong we are fine at CB. Hendrickson is interesting, when Burrow went down, Bengals season ended. Hendrickson is on a one year deal where they can’t franchise him I believe. So, what’s he worth? Could the bengals eat some salary as part of the deal? Just some thoughts that came to me.
  7. Higher ceiling lower floor players who need to adapt and grow
  8. This is great but why are we worried about the Ravens? Perhaps we should be more worried about the chiefs who have beaten us 4 times out of the last 5 post seasons ? Worthy is back and Rice will soon be back. The Chiefs will soon be at full strength Am I missing something?
  9. I read that. I assume that all these trades are occurring in a vacuum, because otherwise the Saints would have trouble fielding a team. but seriously, I like the idea of flipping a pick for a half year of Hendrickson. Pass rushers, unlike DBs and WRs, are pretty much plug and play.
  10. I agree with this. But, it begs the question of whether you want to be drafting a raw player when you are in a win-now position. I'm not sure there is a right answer, perhaps Jackson turns it on late in the season or next year an helps us win multiple SBs.
  11. You wearing your red hat around town boasting about how we gonna use troops to crush the enemy within?
  12. In the Lamar Jackson era, the Ravens have swept the Steelers only once. That was in 2019. Since 2020, the Ravens have gone 2-8 in the regular season against the Steelers. They have a hard time against Tomlin, who seems to have Lamar's number.
  13. https://www.si.com/nfl/one-trade-every-nfl-team-should-make-before-the-2025-deadline Interesting article. On the Bills front, this article would have us acquiring CB Alontae Taylor from the Saints for a 4th, and WR Jakobi Meyers from Vegas for a 4th (although it also has Meyers goign to Arizona for a 4th). It has us trading Dawson Knox to, of all places, Carolina for a 5th. I know nothing about Taylor, but we need CB help, and Meyers would add some boundry juice to the WR room. Don't like losing Knox, but if it clears cap space that's fine. Otherwise I see little reason for the move. Thoughts? Other players on the move in this article I'd like to see the Bills go after include: --DT Simmons; DE Hendrickson; and RB Kamara or Pollard. I think we need to strengthen the interior DL, add a CB, and a backup RB at the deadline. WR would be nice, but as we are scroing 30+ a game, not sure how necessary at this juncture.
  14. Yes, I've done it several times. Pulling a muscle is generally a serious as most people think. My wife has a severe tear in her hamstring from trying to heal hook while climbing. That was debilitating and still an issue for her. Lamar is not that injured, he has a tweaked hamstring. I've had everything from muscle adhesions which are the devil, to pull strains and tears. I have had a pectoral tear off my sternum and that didn't shut me down. I've competed pretty highly in athletics and can only go if my experience from others and myself. You speak so firmly that no NFL player is playing with the pulled hamstring and that's just too much to say
  15. Holy PTSD - you meant THAT game. Another game in a long list of very Billsy endings that snatched defeat out of the almost sure jaws of victory.
  16. I don't really know how you can have a league without a governing body to enforce rules, coordinate efforts, ensure quality, focus on generating profits, promote the league and sport, etc. People call that collusion, and I guess it is, but what is the alternative, really? That's what I don't get. How would they prefer it run? They aren't 32 individual entities. They are part of a league and depend on each other on a whole host of things.
  17. I agree that the SD crowd is always fun. I love watching them at home. The world only deserves SD/LA is if SD wins. I’ve had enough of LA. Mason Miller struck out the first 8 post season batters he faced. Is that good? Up 3-0 going to the bottom of the 9th but even if they hold on they burned through a lot of their bullpen today. Jason Adam would be nice for them to have. Can Bello beat the Yanks tonight? I’d lean Yankees staying alive but I can hope.
  18. Yeah, you have to wonder what he was doing with that horse.
  19. Thank you for proving my point about being a parrot. Are you naive enough to think politicians don't ever lie? Let me ask you, where doesn't Schumer stand on illegal immigration? I have two answers from him so one is a lie. Has Trump ever lied? Of course like everyone. But he is the most direct President we have had and delivers on what he said he was going to do. Pretty honest to me. I love that he's deporting illegals. He's making our country safer. Of the 20 million illegals here. Even if only .1% is violent criminal, drug dealer, molesters or any criminal in that category.... that's an extra 20,000 that will continue to grow. .1% is not out of the realm of possibility. When you have young men that have the balls illegally cross here, can't find consistent work and can't even speak the language....what line of work do they get into? Especially in expensive cities like LA. Not to mention you have cultures that are violent in general. Look at the middle east and the torture they put people through. It is accepted there. Lets bring it here right? We already have had one Honor Killing Case in Washington a few months ago. We American Citizens have to assimilate to their culture? The F*** is that? Let me know if you would have a problem, if lets say, you lived on Bin Laden Avenue.
  20. Have you guys ever had a pulled hamstring or groin before ? Lol. You literally cannot run. There's a massive difference between playing through a pain tolerance injury like a bone bruise (Greg Rousseau for example) compared to a pulled hamstring or like a strained calf No NFL player is playing a game with a pulled hamstring
  21. Nobody is
  22. Hmm Williams is injured? I must've missed that one. He finished the game, right?
  23. Not sure I hate Hairston being held out against the Chiefs but playing in the January rematch.
  24. Hurt ain't injured. Hurt is what everyone gets who plays. Injured means you ain't moving. Soft ass boys get hurt and stop playing. The definition of a pulled hamstring isn't what most people think. There are several degrees of it. Even if he doesn't play I think it's all bull#### the team and Lamar being weak. Remember his contract year and before he say out being soft? Dude is charmin.
  25. Ravens backup QB is legit. He's capable of being a game manager. Lamar is amazing, but their team has many more parts than just him.
  26. Thanks! That's cool. I'll have to get those.
