  2. Who they are is a Mike Vrabel team. There is an old saying that says something to the effect of , “ he can take a hissin and beat a yoursin and he can take a yoursin and beat a hissin”. Zak Keefer of the Athletic wrote an article at the beginning of the season that talked about, among other things, how some coaches have one playbook and some coaches adapt their book to whatever their team can do. Vrabel is the latter. He took 90 some odd players, thanks to injuries how far in Tennessee? He has his teams ready and he is probably on par with Parcells when it comes to respect in the locker room. The turn around in NE is huge, which begs the question were they that bad or just not well coached? History says good teams with late season bye equals playoff run. And I don’t believe in jinxes. They happen, but probability and possibility are two different things. I’ll see myself out.
  3. I just had a crazy week 18 scenario: Chargers/Denver Chargers either win the game and the division or miss the playoff entirely Denver either wins and wins the division and is the 2 seed or if they lose they're the 5 seed
  4. Yeah, Worthy isnt Tyreek, but he is serviceable and makes you account for him... Coleman... they could care less... they cover him with a LB... they are fine... there is really no specific attention paid to Coleman on the other teams defense...
  5. I know, I was hoping we’d have him back for a week or two before the seasons ends, just to get him back up to speed, but yes, playoffs at least.
  6. Appeals court hands Trump win in lawsuit over transgender military ban Kaelan Deese A federal appeals court in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday cleared the way for President Donald Trump’s ban on military service by individuals who identify as transgender or have gender dysphoria, staying a lower-court order that blocked War Secretary Pete Hegseth from enforcing the policy. The 2–1 decision by a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit sharply rebuked U.S. District Judge Ana Reyes, concluding that her ruling in March overrode military judgment and applied a standard of review the courts are not entitled to use when second-guessing force-readiness decisions. 7. All this bitching and moaning about Worthy being as bad as Coleman (he's not) is just sophistry designed to distract the entire world from one simple fact: Mahomes is not playing well this year. Josh is a bit up and down but Bills fans have way more to complain about with Coleman because 1. the plan was for him to be our best WR and he's not, even though the entire room is stocked with JAGs and 2. Josh, while a bit up and down, is having a slightly better year than Mahomes in spite of having lesser talent at the WR position.
  8. They’re both not good, but I’d take Worthy over Coleman 10/10 times.
  9. It’s good you were able to select seats to your liking, but I find the whole “coverage” discussion hilarious. Nobody cares about being out in the windy cold at the current stadium but suddenly are afraid they are exposed in the new palace. The concourses and entire experience are going to be so great at the new digs and those in the lower bowl got those seats because they want to be outside.

  11. If they are not they have deep issues. Quite honestly, I take Gabe over Palmer at this point...
  12. Moulds had an RAC knack I do not see in Coleman... He was a bit aloof like Coleman ... bottom line to me is no... I dont see Coleman getting the chance to develop into Moulds at least here... I think they are done with him after this year unless there is a massive turnaround that is way out of character...
  13. And they're both averaging about the same yards receiving per game, too, if I remember correctly.
  14. I think we’ll win, and maybe even comfortably, but to this point - it’s a bit hilarious that we just excuse the Defense allowing themselves to be dominated in first halves because “we need to get a look at what the opponent is doing” No other playoff teams have this issue and it puts insane stress on the offense right out the gate.
  15. You and me always forever We could stay alone together Heard you say, "Things could be better" Darling don't get a wandering eye
  16. Josh definitely played himself into ‘most unbiased people know he’s the mvp but he won’t get it for technicality reasons’ territory but I’m not sure he’ll get much further than that Football is so crazy, we’re probably a Devon Achane toe away from us winning the division and Josh being the other guy neck and neck with Stafford in the mvp race lol it really is a game of inches. Achane just stepped out of bounds on what coulda been a game winning td against the pats a few months ago then the dolphins ended up turning it over on downs 😂
  17. A lot of good, and I'm sure correct, answers here regarding the turf and what happens when we try to remove snow. However, one aspect I havent seen mentioned is cleats. The players have different cleats for playing in snow than on a clear field. If you are clearing snow, but then it is also accumulating over the quarter/half, then the players will have the wrong cleats on for part of the time no matter which way you go. I think it's easier for them to say "ok, we're playing in a a couple inches of snow so wear those cleats" and stay consistent, then having to go back and forth on a clear field. But I just made this up so who knows.
  18. 5 seed in important for the matchup but it’s also important for the seed. With the way the AFC is all clustered together there’s a very real chance the Bills could host a playoff game as the 5 seed.
  19. It's going to get crazy at the end. The thing we also know is that there are always upsets nobody saw coming. I'm just picking chalk or maybe mild upsets using the playoff machine and you can get all sorts of crazy outcomes still. I've had the Bills get the #1 seed in week 18 with Miami beating NE I've had all of DEN, LA and KC get in and the Texans out I've had CIN win their division (it is not that crazy) I've had JAX the #1 seed 4 games is a lot, and a ton can still happen. Denver could lose 4 in a row with their schedule, as could LA. JAX has 2 tough games and 2 jokes, but we have seen this story before. Remember when a horrible TEN team beat MIA who was leading our division, and put us back in the driver's seat? PIT has MIA, CLE, DET, BAL. They are at 7 wins and I could easily see them slip up. Who trusts them to lock it down? Teams lose inexplicable games every season. GB lost to CLE this year. Crazy stuff can and does happen, so it'll be a lot of fun!
  20. I still have hope for him, but I also question the ability of Brady to know how to get the maximum ROI out of the WR position. I'm not defending Coleman's lack of production or meh second year with some concerning issues with focus. You can probably pluck some of the best players at WR from any team and they would probably not have the same production in the Bills Offense, because there is no real willingness to impose the Offense's will in the passing game. Maybe that would change with such talent, but we saw what happened to Diggs production with Brady and many others you would expect to have career years with the Bills based on their success elsewhere haven't been anything close since Brady took over. They are a team that focuses on running first and foremost and aren't going to go pass happy unless they are forced to. I think that is the bottom line, and that is not to say that Coleman isn't a disappointment, but I'm not sure this Offense is ever going to maximize his potential, whatever that may be. Here is what a lot of people here and elsewhere are saying that is true - he has to be better at controlling what he can control and be better at those aspects of his game. I'm not suggesting he isn't trying or anything like that - these guys all work hard to play at this level - but the attention to detail is how you make an impact in the pros and you have to refine your technique and be mindful of it until it becomes second nature because the level of talent you are playing against is going to be that good on most days and any weaknesses in your game will be exposed unless you have answers.
  21. As they normally do, the Bills will probably fall behind by a couple of touchdowns, at which time Joe Brady will have to stop calling wide receiver screens and James Cook running off tackle on first down. Hopefully the game will still be in reach, and if so, at some point in the second half, Allen will take over from his offensive coordinator, and the Bills will start gaining chunks of yards and scores on the strength of Allen's ability to create something out of nothing. Against good teams, the team's main strategy seems to be to try to keep the games close and let Josh Allen perform heroics at the end. It's a bad strategy, but more often than not it works especially when Allen feels as if he has something to prove against a good team like the Patriots.
  22. Isn't Tyrod hurt. The Jets are playing Cook at QB. At least they did vs Miami. Barring a major upset I can't see the Pats losing to the Jets. Maybe Miami can beat them but that game is in NE and Miami doesn't do well in the cold especially Tua. Bills will have to beat them, and the Ravens will have too as well. We will need another Pats loss. I just don't think it will happen. This is assuming the Bills win out which I think they will do if they beat NE.
  23. Shocked at the number of people who think the Bills have at least a 5% chance to lose out, including dropping games to both the Browns and the Jets.
