  1. Past hour
  2. Flying in from Nashville tomorrow.
  3. It's not just Allen. The Bills have been one of the highest turnover producing defenses in the league almost every year under McDermott.
  4. Agreed. Super physical defense Love is still a work in progress and is the type of QB that McDermott's defense can give him trouble. Bills defense by all accounts is confusing to read and Love will not have seen it before. At least I dont think he has played the Bills before.
  5. Yes, but it was always overblown because his TD to TO numbers were still staggering. Regardless, it is yet another area of his game he has worked fervently to improve, and it shows in historic fashion.
  6. Reggie's build is designed to be a lead blocker when you need to get a yard. Built like a block of stone. He seems to be Josh's bestie on the roster. When you have a player like Josh, even in the cutthroat NFL, you get a few that you ask for.
  7. So now you're the speech and thought police?
  8. He was...now he isnt.
  9. Indeed. My Sis said yesterday: “ I know you’re not gonna like this, but Josh reminds me of Brady!” I said…” No, but on second thought, that is exactly right. The person WE used to fear, is now the person EVERYONE else now fears!”
  10. That was a slap in the face for the most successful Giants QB ever. if McAdoo didn’t clear that with Mara, he was an idiot.
  11. Pops use to say every time the offense got the ball, "Need to score here!". And when the D came in, "Got to stop them now". That is my philosophy for every game. Fundamentals are key. Win in the trenches and the game will break your way!
  12. McAdoo got fired as much for his contention that Eli was done and decision to bench him as anything else. Mara was very close to Eli and took badly to it. Turns out McAdoo wasn't a million miles off.
  13. From the NFC side of things GB looks great. It's early and a lot of football to be played but right now GB looks like the best team in the NFC and maybe the league.
  14. I’m told the anesthesia will give you the best sleep of your life. I wouldn’t know as the only time I’ve been scoped like that I did not benefit from the marvels of anesthesia. They were in a hurry to schedule some unnecessary surgery for the next day that caused my 5 years of hell. You’ll be fine, no biggie. The anesthesia makes all the difference, I’m sure.
  15. Yep, remember when the storyline on JA was that he was a turnover machine?
  16. Williams is greatly improved and Milano appears to be in physical decline. The equation and outcome are pretty clear. Maybe it’s time for some sort of LB rotation to keep these guys healthy later in the year. Injuries on D have really hurt the Bills in the playoffs.
  17. The last time the Bills lost the TO battle in a game, regular or postseason, was January 7, 2024, in the regular season finale at Miami. Since then they have won the TO battle 19 times, tied it 5, and their overall TO margin is +33 (8-41). This a remarkable testament to Allen’s growth and maturity, and probably includes a fair amount of good fortune, but the 24-game streak of not losing the TO battle is believed to be the longest in NFL history.
  18. Correct. The Tua/McVape regime has been great for us. We'll miss them when they go, but I have faith the Dolphins owner will ***** up their next hires as well. Just look at the coaching talent he's shoved out the door.
  19. Joe Marino may have explained it. The Bills most likely game planned for heavy man coverage as that is what Aaron Glenn Defenses are known for. The Jets played counter tendency and went to more zone coverage. The Bills were not this early in the season ready to just flip the switch to deal with it. The Bills also played a lot of 3 TE sets which is a new wrinkle for them. Keep in mind this early in the season Josh is still setting chemistry with Palmer. They are starting to connect which will open things up eventually.
  20. We will be there, heading out tonight, EVL for the rest of the trip.
  21. Was funny too, he bobbled it like 3 times, but hung on to it.
  22. So the label is specifically for gay men you disagree with politically. That’s interesting!
  23. If the Bills are ahead, I am leaving early...
  24. I think Curry will absolutely be a strong consideration. He is well thought of in the football world as an up and comer, Josh loves him. I don't know if I would say he is a for sure in house promotion, but I would not be the least bit surprised. Davis Webb would be another candidate that does not have a track record as play caller but that I could absolutely see being considered.
  25. Anyone here think the Giants can pull off the upset this Sunday night and put KC in an 0-3 hole. I would love to see it.
