  1. Past hour
  2. I know most of TBD was hoping for a trade up to get him in the draft. I don’t watch a lot of Jags but from what I’ve watched, this guy has been underwhelming. Granted, I’ve got a limted data set but he just meh?
  3. That kind of behavior reminds me of my high school football coaches.
  4. They’re shattered! Shadooby….
  5. If you don't have quality defensive linemen, it doesn't matter how much you rotate. It's like rotating a set of flat tires on a car.
  6. That’s a stupid comment based on assumptions and no knowledge. You call an agency, they send someone, you make sure they do what you are paying them to do. That’s it. Are you asking for proof of citizenship or immigration papers for the mechanic who give your truck an oil change, or the woman cleaning your hotel room, or the cook at the diner you go to, or the crew working for the contractor to replace your roof or pave your driveway? I doubt it, so looks like you must miss the good old days of slavery and keep your whip handy.
  7. I can lo longer take the NFL seriously when they try to take the high ground.
  8. Good Morning Bills Mafia, I don't post much but really enjoy all the comments and topics posted every day by the Mafia. Thank you for giving me something to look forward to every day. My question is: Is the Defensive Line Rotation effecting the pass rush at the end of games? In theory it shouldn't for example according the ChatGPT the Eagles and 49ers rotate 4-5 DL regularly to keep guys fresh. And it clearly worked for the Eagles in the Super Bowl. Of course the Eagles have a young DL and can do that. The Bills of the other hand seem to try this theory and it is failing every year. We never get a pass rush in critical times of the game when it counts in the playoffs. Do you think we should keep the rotation like it is? Do you think we should keep rotate but not as much playing the 3rd and 4th string for longer rotations in the early part of the game then switch after the half playing the 1st and 2nd string longer in the second half? Or not rotate at all and let these guys figure the guy out in front of them and present moves that will set them up for later in the game (keeping in mind that they will need a rest at some point but play about 75-85% of defensive snaps)? For me it is kind of conflicting because I want fresh guys on the field, but I don't like seeing a 250 - 330 lbs. man sprint 25 to 35 yards to the sideline about 10 times a game during rotations. I would rather see them save that energy and use it on the man in front of them to disrupt the opposing QB. When I am watching the game and I see a guy start to get in a groove and find a rhythm he doesn't stay of the field long expect if it is James Cook. When he is in a rhythm they feed him the ball constantly (which I like) I would like to see the Bills coaching staff do that for more players other then Cook. Another example is when the Bills were playing the Patriots, it seemed like Kincaid was in a groove beating his guy over and over again throughout the game...why pull him off the field so much to me they should have kept him on the field and run similar plays all game long until the Patriots figured out how to stop it. Sorry I got off topic for a minute. What do you guys think about the Defensive Line rotation? Looking forward to replies. Have a great day Mafia. Go BILLS!!!
  9. Regardless of who plays at CB, if they start a play in the same zipcode as the receivers they cover, we just may get off the field now and again.
  10. Myself and my two sons will be there. Can’t wait! Sitting in 528. But we’ll be walking around prior to the game givng plenty of warm Go Bills! shout outs to fellow mafia!
  11. You’re missing out on some great hockey. This isn’t last years Sabres. It’s a a fun watch so far this season
  12. Another nice win! They played a solid 3 periods again tonight. Though they did make me a bit nervous in the 3rd. When the leafs got within a goal then started pressing hard to tie it, I was just waiting for the Sabres to give up a goal. It looked like a familiar late game collapse was coming. But it never did! lol Lyon made a huge save on Macelli then Power made a great play to get Tuch the empty netter and seal the win. I didn’t think it was Lyon’s best overall game, but he came up big when it mattered. Lyon seems like a great veteran addition to the locker room. I love his media interviews. He seems like an experienced, calming presence for the team. And with him playing such a big role right now I think his words carry more weight (vs. if he was just a backup). Tage seems to be maturing as a leader. I’ve liked what he’s had to say so far this season. Hopefully he’s starting to get going now. We just need Dahlin to join the party. lol. He’s Buffalo’s best player but he’s been anything but that to start this season. Imagine once he gets going too, and they add in Kesselring, and if Samuelsson keeps playing like he has… The blue line could be a true strength this season. I’ve actually been enjoying watching their games. I sure hope that continues. I so badly want to have a reason to be a die hard Sabres fan again. I miss it. But my guard is still up for sure, and I know how little patience I have for them. It’s going to take more for me to fully invest again. They were in a playoff position at Thanksgiving last season after all (which usually predicts a playoff berth).
  13. Bills 32 Panthers 11 Scorigami
  14. I'm not sure I agree with your take on Skattebo. He came into the league as a 4th round nobody and surprised people with his fearless, gritty running style, intense personality, and production. Best of all, he's got a fun sounding name. Put it all together, and there's your 15 minutes. I don't think being a Giant has a lot to do with it.
  15. Panthers win by 3, Beane and McD celebrate for 10 seconds until they remember they're not part of that organization anymore
  16. Boy I really hope so, the only thing more depressing than this forum right now is finheaven, after reading the takes on here the season seems lost. And the depressing part is a lot of the takes seem well thought out and could very well prove to be true.
  17. That's the spirit. Are you actually watching these games? If you were you'd notice some differences from past teams. It's one of the signs of the Apocalypse.
  18. Chinsanity has to be the funniest thing I have ever read on here! Thank you for a morning laugh!!! Oh and if you want your one hit wonder - NFL style - look no further than Peyton Hillis!
  19. Between the Imam who hates the West/sympathizes with terrorists and this person, it’s HILARIOUS how the media.. outside a few right leaning publications.. refuses to do any research on who Mamdami associates with.
  20. Taron played pretty well last week. He'd been a bit weak before that.
  21. Skat-a-bat-a-bad-a-bat-da-dee-bo... I said Ba-da-da-da-doh-doh-doh... Ba-da-da-da-doh-doh... I'm the Skat Man!
  22. That would have actually been nice...and we could have still had Shakir for ONE more year
  23. Seeing my sons who live in Durham-going to game with them-I am the designated driver so they better win as no drowning one's sorrows is there a place near the stadium where the Bills' fans congregate?
  24. Jeremy Lin still gets talked about to this day and the Linsanity season, I wish Skataboo was a Bill to pair with Cook
