At least it looks like they put little to no time or thought into this.

SBs are not BS. That is the whole purpose for every team/fanbase in the NFL. If Allen never gets to Super Bowl, it won't change the fact that his career will end up in Canton when it's all said and done.
-
He throws up 60,000 yards and the fact that he will have the most tds (pass/rush) since he came into the league....1st ballot. SB are BS. Who cares.

Tyreek Hill chirping about the Bills again
Not at the table Karlos replied to JerseyBills's topic in The Stadium Wall
Not sure what you expected him to do. He caught the ball in the middle of the field and immediately ran towards the sideline. There was a defender between him and the sideline. He tried to make him miss. He prob could have ran backwards and gone out but then the clock doesn’t stop. if he gave himself up immediately they may have had enough time to spike it. -
Man, 2018 seems like yesterday. Who could forget the Peterman start in Baltimore? Or Josh's first start at home against San Diego where our corner quit at halftime! Was so hot that day, hottest Bills game I think I ever attended. I remember also Josh's first pass in the preseason - just walking to my seats after halftime and he throws a laser 40-50 yards down the field - just missed at the sideline by, I think, Robert Foster. Seemed like he was destined to be great as soon as I saw that preseason pass, even though an incompletion. Anyone remember that one?

Looks ideal for an Mbappe jersey! Wow with that PSG style... surprised that PSG didn't initiate any sort of legal action with a blatant copy like that. Add a collar and white sleeve stripes and somehow it is different!

Should have drafted Henderson and moved on from Cook while getting a comp pick back

I'm sure his haircuts don't matter to his female admirers. But clean cut and shaved Josh looks like his young rookie look. The styled hair and scruff give him the more mature manly look. I bet if you poled the people that romantically fancy him, the current more "playboy" look is sexier. I'm straight but can acknowledge a handsome man. Not that there is anything wrong with that!

I saw them. They headlined the last show at the Century theater.

I think his career will go similar to Elway's. Different game back then and Elway didn't run for TDs like Allen does. But during his era Elway was a QB who was known to run if he had to extend the play or avoid the rush. But as he got older, he was basically a pocket passer at that point in his career. Of course, it didn't hurt that he had Davis to hand the ball off too. I expect Allen will run less and less as the years go by. Just like Elway did.

Why did you post a pic of Espera Oscar de Corti?

If the playoff games are truly tilted like everybody suspects, Josh Allen might be the greatest NFL player of all time.

Chad Johnson says Stevie Johnson the best route runner ever seen
Gregg replied to Lafromboise's topic in The Stadium Wall
I remember Johnson was the one receiver who gave Revis the most trouble. Revis usually shut everybody down. -
He's not talking about his route running ability, but his ability to release and get off the line. Stevie was amazing there, to the point where I heard the coaches didn't want him to practice their release drills. It was like "whatever you do, we can't improve on it and we don't want to tamper with it" Stevie was not a precise route runner. He excelled in Chan Gailey's offense where Chan taught "beat your man, get to the spot", not so much in SFO or SDG where the expectation was to run an exact route. That's how it looked, but a good bit of it was the receiver having options, and needing to be on the same page as the QB (and give the QB good body language) about what he was going to do. We've seen that with Josh a few times. There was one notable play where he was actually penalized for "intentional grounding" when it seemed quite obvious to the announcers and most people in the stadium that it was an option route and the receiver and he weren't on the same page. One of the film guys even diagrammed the route options and what Josh expected and why.

I really disagree with what you say. Josh Allen does not often put himself out there in support of a player getting paid more--he clearly did so this time. Just look at the words he chooses in that quote. it is clear he thinks Cook is not being payed what he deserves and wants this taken care of soon. I believe that the change in tone of Beane last week about Cook's contract status is the result of Josh being back in the house, speaking publicly about what he wants done--and very likely doing so to team leaders as well. Your examples of him praising former teammates who have left the team are not relevant, not a good comparison. Josh did not say they should have payed those players more, just praised them as teammates. That is a very different thing than what he is doing for Cook now. Yup, he would likely praise Cook next off season if he were to leave. Kind of a duh there, though, don't you think? I laughed at the way you phrased that, as it is revealing: "We could very easily see Josh making the same kind of statement about Cook when he goes after next season." It seems, like so many of the 'let Cook walk' posters, you are clear in what you would like to see. Yes, Josh actually said that "it had to be done" in an interview/press conference almost immediately after Dorsey was fired. But just like the quote I used in my post, and that you reference, it is not found online when doing a Google search. Because it was not in a written interview, those words, like his comments on Cook at minicamp, do not show up in a Google search. I think we will see very shortly the pull Josh Allen has on this team, and Cook is given a good three year extension that better "reflects" his play as "one of the best backs in the league." Josh is right and I strongly believe it now gets done before the season begins.

Sweeping the division is never easy. If the Bills have everything wrapped up going into the regular season finale, then they will treat that game like a glorified exhibition game. I will say 5-1 or 4-2. The Bills usually drop a game every year they have no business losing. Since I live in NJ I go to every Bills-Jets game here. The games at MetLife are usually close. Lost twice to Zach Wilson and in last year's 23-20 win the Jets missed 2 FG's and an extra point. That week 2 matchup will be tough. I just hope the Bills go in there 1-0. Could you imagine this board if they start 0-2.

“What? Dad let you drive his car?!” And he continues to do a horrible job putting together an offense for his MVP QB

I've ordered a George Weah 9 one for you Gunner! That one looks like a guy who mixed bloody Mary's with vodka & orange all night long and woke up to regret it.

1) Dion Dawkins 2) Spencer Brown For decades I watched our QBs get consistently beaten and bloodied while folks such as Levy and Jauron focused on running backs (with no blocking) and the secondary. The OL is the reason that Josh is able to do his job and the team wins football games. Are we sure he will make the team?

Man, Dalton Kincaid would look even more skinny in that jersey.
