Should big drug companies be allowed to advertise on TV?
coloradobillsfan replied to HOUSE's topic in Off the Wall
The idea of "asking your doctor about drug xyz" sounds absolutely preposterous to me. Like what are we expecting them to say? "Oh what a great idea, I hadn't thought of that before" ?? -
Predict Most improved/Most likely to regress
SCBills replied to Ethan in Cleveland's topic in The Stadium Wall
Most Improved - Kincaid Most Likely to Regress - Taron Kincaid, healthy, finally gets on the same page with Allen and we see true TE1/Playmaker ability. Taron Johnson has been a top tier slot corner for years now, but he seemed to be a bit of a liability at times last year, maybe age, maybe scheme, but he’d be my pick. Not saying he’s going to be bad, but I just don’t know if he’s going to be Top 5 NCB good. -

Seems like you may be changing ever so slightly as the Bee is as sharp as ever, -
We can hear their howls in the evenings sometimes. It’s fairly developed around us, and getting more so, but there are nights when we hear them and keep a close eye on the dogs during brief trips outside to do their business.

No. Read it again and picture yourself doing what is described.

PSL Pricing/Seat Selection Discussion
Cheektowaga Chad replied to Spiderweb's topic in The Stadium Wall
So during my meeting I kind of asked /skirted around the topic about selling all your tickets Basically once you buy the PSL, the team doesn't care what you do, the stadium is going to be 100% season ticket holders, no single game tickets expected. So the team will get the all games paid for A lot of the getting rid of season ticket holders that sell is for two reasons, you are under cutting the team to sell your ticket and the team themselves take the loss on unsold single game tickets or overly cheap tickets or there is a massive wait list for season tickets (green bay) and that's just doing right by the general fan So you need a PSL to purchase seasons. Therefore the PSL market place will replace any wait list -
This is a right vs left thing and there’s not much of a chance you can sway anyone on this topic. The left is more globalist/status concerned than the right. They may have thought Biden was embarrassing on the global stage but pretended it didn’t exist or defended it because they appreciated that he was respectful of other countries and, in return, on the surface, other countries respected us. The right wants to re-establish America as the, singular, power in the world while also demanding other countries pick up the slack and stop asking us to subsidize their Defense and/or tap into our market without paying their dues. When Trump gets called “daddy” by the NATO Secretary and forces every country, minus Spain, to level up.. The Right declares “America is back”.. and they don’t care if other nations burn effigies of Trump or we get more criticism from citizens of other countries. The tariff thing is interesting because it’s a traditionally Democrat protectionist view that Trump holds, which in turn has garnered criticism from Democrats and praise from Republicans .. in part, because politics is now sport and people, aside from a core issue or two, don’t actually hold rigid views on most topics. Due to all of this, there are two distinctly different opinions of what “being respected abroad” actually means.

Predict Most improved/Most likely to regress

Hancock is central casting for that nickel role. Wonder if the coaches see signs in Taron, they'd rep him more at nickel than safety as they have currently slotted him. -

MDH replied to Ethan in Cleveland's topic in The Stadium Wall
I liked Bishop coming out of college and was disappointed when he basically missed all of camp. With so much on the safeties plate in this D his chance at starting was basically done right there. Being a toolsy player with a year in the system I expect him to shine. As for regression I think the obvious answer is Daquan. He regressed last year and is at an age where he could fall off the cliff. Still disappointed the Bills didn’t bring in a succession plan for him. -
Should big drug companies be allowed to advertise on TV?
BUFFALOBART replied to HOUSE's topic in Off the Wall
I worked in Advertising in NYC, back in the '80's. At that time, pharmaceutical advertising was the dregs of the industry. It was to be avoided. Gouging the public, while collecting federal subsidies, is a formula that allows for ad budgets that create polished, but relentless commercials during prime time. I simply turn the sound off. -
Whatever went rawr will have plenty to eat when it comes outta the bushes. It probably has covered the 5 miles or so from where it was spotted to my backyard and will steal my BBQ Chicken this afternoon. I best keep a baseball bat with me. Why not though, there are fox and coyote living in the city and they get the random bear (growing population in WNY) there have also been pics/vids supposedly of Mountain Lions in the Southern Tier and Finger Lakes, though DEC denies it. For one to get into the center of the city before being seen or munching on someone seems unlikely.

I expect Bishop and Coleman to step it up to the next level. Age and injury may show Milano to have had his best years behind him. Wouldn’t surprise me to see him used in more of a rotational role to preserve him into the playoffs (hopefully). -
I'm asking here but wasn't that the NAFTA agreement that Clinton put into law ? I didn't know a lot about it but at the time there was quite a bit of controversy over it but I can't remember any of the particulars, alls I do remember is that there were some that were very unhappy with what the bill did as far as trade between our country's .

Who Are Your Sleepers For This Year??
T master replied to Victory Formation's topic in The Stadium Wall
Very under rated and for a minute under utilized as far as a weapon in the offense then he caught a important pass or 2 & it seemed like Brady remembered what a weapon he was and started to use him a bit more which I hope continues this season !! GO BILLS !!!
