It is one thing to go dumpster diving for WR’s, it is beyond belief that some of them are getting multi-year deals…Samuel & Palmer.

He cleared waivers and was a free agent because of the poison pill in his contract that discouraged a waiver claim.

Poison pill, crazy pill.  Whatever.  Give me something other than the placebo pill that Beane has been giving us for the last 3 years.

So you're saying he'll be back in 2029

As long as he has a stint with the Carolina Panthers first!!!

12 pages in 2 hours. That's   lot of catch up reading

how many "2 cooks in the bills kitchen"  references have I missed? It was my first thought.

I hope he brings A Game it would be great fun to watch.

Hope springs eternal.

Welcome to Buffalo Brandin Cooks

I love the everbody eats mantra, and I think that is good smart football.  But as a MANTRA - not a literal thing you try and force feed.

I think his usage and lack of connection with Josh hurts more than his contract.  He can play and do a lot of what we need….yet it’s just not there.

I disagree

There's no evidence of him being able to be anything more than a backup wideout. His contract was horrid, and that's another black mark on Beane

This is the GM equivalent of your spouse forgetting your anniversary or birthday and giving you a hand written coupon as consolation.

That depends. What can the coupon be exchanged for?

Cooks ran a 4.33-second 40-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine in 2014, making him one of the fastest receivers that year. His speed has been a significant aspect of his playing style throughout his career.

How do we translate this into 2025 speed???🤣

You disagree?  You think we should literally try and get every offensive skill player on the active 53 man touches?

Coleman is a healthy scratch the rest of the year, instead of being outright released now -  all so we can maybe get a 6th or 7th in the offseason

this take is Grim. Is it consensus he has hat little value moving forward?  I mean I know he has been benched. But healthy scratch the rest of the year?

wow.
