Too many injuries, not enough talent, and bad coaching.

I have never seen that in recipe for a Super Bowl title.

I'm pretty sad. I'm sure that should make lurking AFCE fans happy.  But man, it takes so much internal fortitude to keep getting up for each season, for each game.  We need a reward.  Even bad dogs get rewards sometimes.

That was frustrating. Should have gotten even more smoked, still had chances to win. Houston's D is real.

The whole game and the ending sucks, but if that is what is needed to get McDermott out the door, I take the short term pain.

Unfortunately, he’s not going anywhere. They will scapegoat the coordinators and then just again promote from within.

This team is as poorly coached as it gets.  Countless stupid penalties, including on both 4th & 1 and 4th & 6 in crunch time.  Loser play calls in critical situations.  Running 8 yards backwards on punt returns.  The list goes on

Yes because Sean McDermott made Dion Dawkins false start for the 8th time this year

Blaming everything on Sean McDermott when this entire board admits they don't think our team is that talented is crazy

The refs weren't going to let us win anyways they threw a flag on the last play lol

If we caught it they're going to take it away and back us up they were not letting us win

Sean McDermott doesn't sign Terrell Bernard who's one of the worst middle linebackers in the NFL to a 45 million deal .. beane signed a one-year Wonder behind a pro bowler and gave him 45 million

And he's not anything close to a top 15 linebacker

This is harder for me to deal with than most of the drought era because at least back then, there was a thought of "maybe when we finally get the right qb." We now have that QB and we are squandering his career in an unforgivable way.  The weaknesses are the same, and gradually getting worse every year.  I feel like I cant watch anymore, especially since the amount of commercials already makes games borderline unwatchable. Maybe, I'll feel differently in ten days.

Sure feels like this season is headed south.

Hard to understand how as an organization they are supposed to sit back and let Beane and Mcdermott keep picking players and expect anything different.

This was a really bad loss.  Really bad.

They look like a team that can't play from behind or on the road all of a sudden something they never looked like regardless of injuries.

I can't wait to hear the explanation on why they just abandon the run like they did in atlanta again.  It makes zero sense how they played offense in the second and third quarter.

Oh well.  So much for enjoying football over the weekend and the holiday.  We have to sit through a whole offseason to see them fix these issues which really sucks.

Brady said after the dolphins game that he thought he forced the run too much.

Brady is the problem.

Great to know that the missed PAT eliminated the chance to tie at the end. Probably changed us kicking the one earlier when we went for it on 4th down.

Who cares about a PAT? This is just another game that should have been a blowout and they inexplicably lost.

Falcons, Dolphins, and Texans are absolute trash and we lost to all three. That makes us a team that has more to worry about than a PAT.

Yeah, I predicted that we're gonna lose the game.

Josh Allen undefeated on Thursday nights....HUGE JINX right there.

McD Mental Midget, mismanaged the game, Joe Brady horrible. Defense..terrible as usual in the first half. Like...really bad defense.

Respect to number one defense in the NFL. That's what it looks like. We were in a playoff game tonight. And now more injuries.

As bad as the defense was a lot of the game this was definitely the offense that lost the game.

Terrible plays at the end and a really dumb penalty at bad time.

When the Falcons, then the Dolphins and now the Texans all 3 mostly shut down your offense, this team has major problems.

Why did Brady never shift to a max protect offense? We consistently sent the backs out on routes leaving our line one on one in matchups they weren’t winning. No adjustments to the line getting destroyed.

Had some debates earlier this week about this, but I continue to believe that when you play a team like the Texans, you just have to be conservative.

Runs, quick passes. Play field position. Make FGs. Take points when you can get them. no sacks or turnovers. We play a clean game, and that is probably a 16-10 type win.
