I'd be surprised if Beane (assuming he's still here) does that as it would be an admission of a really failed pick. Beane likes to control his image.

He traded Elam, Ford, Moss & Basham.  All underachievers for their draft spots.

Send him to Cleveland. He'll fit right in, and he can still wear his puffy yellow jacket because it's cold there too.

He traded Elam.  I guess doing so "ruined" his image.  Beane isn't going anywhere so dream on.

Jerry O is on Bills Squad now saying that Keon missed a Friday meeting, which is a huge ***** up.  Much worse than missing any other meeting.

McD quote just now- “The Ball finds the guy who’s working the hardest”

shots fired!

Assuming that he doesn't show real signs of maturity and production, should he be trade bait?

Assuming this doesn’t wake him up….anothervteam has a similar pick that thry coukd move.

Probably going to have to if he doesn’t show more effort and professionalism. It’s one thing if you just aren’t getting it done but you are putting in the effort. But if your production is lackluster and you are dogging it and missing meetings then you need to be off the team. Cut your losses trade him for a pick or a pick swap whatever you can get

Shavers allowed Josh to utilize the right side of the field.

That being said, trade coleman.

Or just outright waive him.

He’s had a few chances to fespond.

Playing with Josh Allen.

No need to see how he responds now. Being late to a meeting this week justifies cutting him outright.

Has had chances.  More than we most likely know about.

The Bills obviously feel differently because he’s if already had chances to respond, then why would the Bills wait to cut bait? He has never faced this kind of adversity since turning pro; that is being a healthy scratch. It’s all up to him now. This is an important few days for him.

First time he was benched for the whole game. So feel the team has had enough of his act. Especially when he is benched and Josh had his best game of the season.

If in fact, he truly missed and entire meeting? McD don’t play that game.

He will not be on the Bills in 2026. Book it. He is toast.

With all the scouting and background checks they do, how did they miss the kind of behavior that he is exhibiting?

How do they miss the fact he can't separate outside? I never got the Coleman pick. Personality or play style he was never a fit for what we needed.

Agreed.  Going into the Bills pick, he was the one player I didn’t want - and we didn’t even know that his work ethic sucks.

His only path to success is to use his size and strength, but he isn’t good at contested catches.

All we need is one GM out there who thinks Keon is better than he looks because the Bills aren't utilizing him properly.  And that one GM might give us a 4th.

If that GM even exists, which is doubtful.

got rid of Elam

yes, but at the start of his 4th season and there wasn't the same media firestorm about "are we doing enough to help Josh."

I could be wrong; just saying I wouldn't be surprised if Beane waits it out longer on Keon than trading him that soon.
