Nabers can't stay healthy. Odunze and Harrison have shown flashes but zero consistency. Brian Thomas had an excellent rookie season. Pearsall, Legette, Polk, Mitchell, McMillan, Baker have all done little or nothing. But I guess we should have doubled down. Ironically, the double down likely would have been Franklin (or maybe Baker). They seemed like the guys that “slipped.” Baker looks like a disaster. Franklin would have ended up as the Benford to Coleman’s Elam. Franklin isn’t as good as Benford but the point being, he looks like a solid starting WR. Edited 3 hours ago by Kirby Jackson 2 Quote

It's not easy for us to be objective because he is the most likable and great player they've ever had. But if Josh did influence the pick.......he should be the main player in Keon's ear. It's hard to reach your potential as a leader if you can't NOT be everyone's best friend. The following is a question, NOT a statement: Do you see it as a possibility that Coleman does not want to play in Buffalo? The kid is from Louisiana. He signed to play for Michigan St., and left to play at Florida State. If he hates playing in the cold, he wouldn't be the first. Like many wrs his personality seems to be a bit flamboyant, and this doesn't bother me at all. I am just wondering if he likes being here. Quote

I think he is a very young and stupid 23 years old. Because of the immaturity I dont get the sense he understands the seriousness of the business he is in. He also doesnt have the luxury of being elite. 2 Quote

I think he is just not very good in the role he was drafted to play. He wasn't very good at that role even in Florida. 1 Quote

milfandcookies Posted 59 minutes ago Posted 59 minutes ago How do you go back to work after a team leader ripped you in front of the cameras after a team win Quote

On the flipside I also think the level of his struggles have been slightyly exaggerated too. He is averaging almost 55 yards per game and has 12 NFL touchdowns in 26 starts and without stellar QB play. People attaching words like "bust" to him are over the top IMO. Not saying you are doing that but some are. It is just that the expectations were sky high. If that class was re-drafted by the NFL today he'd still go around the top half of round 1 I think. But yea, probably outside the top 10. 1 Quote

Coleman ***** sucks and people should know about. We are only hearing about the tip of the iceberg with this guy. I’m sure there are other antics, other than being late, that he pulls that the team is sick of. Some people liked his initial interview about jackets and cookies; i thought he sounded like a complete clown and that he had to be mighty exceptional to make up for. Turns out he is what he is, just a clown who won’t see the end of his rookie deal. 1 3 Quote

He is doing tik tok dances in the pre game when he's inactive which is just a horrible look IMO 2. He didn't even say there is a lesson to be learned when Matt parrino asked him post game 1 1 Quote

And Dion has stayed positive and supportive through 2 other incidents that we know of. Not to mention the loafing in games that is on tape for all to see. No telling what else this knuckle-head has missed or half-assed behind the scenes that we are unaware of. This has obviously been building with the staff and team for a while. At some point, the love and support method isnt working so time to turn to tough, honest love. Dion will be here and be Captain long after Coleman is cut and becomes a mere footnote. Quote

Especially because your QB had a great game with you on the bench. Worst case, he can go home and wipe away his tears with his millions. Quote
Ray Stonada Posted 18 minutes ago Posted 18 minutes ago I don’t care about Keon anymore, I just want our coaches to to the best thing for the Bills. Given that he sat and we scored 44 points, after a game in which he was clearly jogging and not even turning around on plays where the ball was thrown to him, I think he should sit unless we absolutely need him due to injuries to Palmer, Davis, Moore and Samuel. But yea, probably outside the top 10. The last few games with Brissett there were flashes of greatness. I obviously still believe in him. It wouldn’t surprise me at all if he had a top 5 receiving season next year. He’s the guy I’d try to deal for but doubt that they will. The only hope is that they’re hitting the reset at QB and may want the ammo. If I am ranking the OSU receivers in terms of dominance over the last handful of years it would look like this(ish): Jeremiah Smith Gap MHJ small gap JSN Carnell Tate Wilson Egbuka Olave Edited 7 minutes ago by Kirby Jackson Quote

IMO there was no reason to go public... words said to Coleman in private by a "respected team leader" should suffice. Dion has 4 false starts and 2 holding penalties and is playing at a lower level than last year but I guess when you get the keys to the city, you can say what you want when you want, regardless of your own performance. 1 Quote
