Whkfc Posted 2 hours ago Author Posted 2 hours ago I think the wanting a smaller faster defense has really hurt us. We constantly have a plethora of injuries on that side of the ball. And are constantly spending more on deptg to cover them up 1 2 1 Quote

Metcalf was available for a 2nd. The report today was that we could have had Waddle for our 2026 1st. Sorry Augie but I don't want to hear the excuses. McDermott and Beane don't value the position. mjt328 Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago 4-5 years is the standard longevity of a top NFL roster. To get more requires excellent drafting from the GM and a coaching staff with the ability to adjust/evolve. The Bills have been an elite QB carrying a mediocre franchise. And now that he’s almost 30, he can’t do it anymore. 3 1 Quote

Josh Palmer is coming back and there's Gabe "4 TD in a playoff game" Davis on the PS. LOL. 3 Quote
dayman Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago It’s over. We were arrogant and acted like Josh was enough to make a team 1 3 1 Quote

davefan66 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Injuries killed is today. Need Josh to be Josh. Until he trusts his offense, won’t be this year. 1 2 Quote

Instead we lost today, and our 2026 1st is more valuable to draft the next DL or linebacker to spend a season or two on IR. 4 1 Quote

But the bad contracts and late/missed draft picks have caught up to us. I personally think believing that Josh was ssooo good that we could plug anyone in at reciever and we could make it work was the biggest mistake. Haha what a lucky day for posters like you. You can go full hate. Where have you been last week when we beat the Chiefs? 1 1 2 Quote
BillsFanForever19 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago For this year? Yes. We might string together enough wins to slide into a Wild Card spot. But this is not a Super Bowl built roster. It's as simple as that. Great QB, great RB, pretty good Offensive Line. But when you have subpar pass catchers - all that gets cancelled out. We're one dimensional. If the running game isn't cooking (which is hard to do bc they know we're one dimensional) and/or we're playing from behind - it's over. It doesn't matter if we're playing the 2-7 Miami Dolphins or the 3-6 Atlanta Falcons, if we're not off to a fast start with the running game scoring, it's doneso. Cannot expect to win a Championship that way. 1 1 Quote

Beane has been lights-out with all of our other 1st round picks and wants to hang on to it. Quote

uticaclub Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I doubt that even the most devoted McDermott supporter believes he can win a road playoff game. As it stands, we are now a wildcard team unless the team adopts a new approach. Quote

Aside from the X's and O's, what was going on in this week's preparation that we came out THIS F**** flat. Even if we were the 2nd coming of Bill Walsh, it means absolutely nothing if you bring out a team this damn flat, unfocused, and unprepared. I dont care who's hurt, I didnt see a drop of fire from anyone today. Seems like they thought beating the Chiefs last week would win them the game this week. McDaniels out motivated this Fins team, over a supposed SB contender. Heads should roll tmrw. I thought firing McD after Atlanta woulda been totally foolish, now I dont care. 0 chance this team, with this current roster is doing s*** in playoffs. I dont even care who you promote. Both Coordinators are trash. It might even be best for us to improve our draft position, not only for talent, but in helping try to lure in the best Coach/ staff that we possibly can 1 Quote
