Since McDermott is untouchable I support firing Beane if things don't go well yet again in the playoffs. The truth is going to be hard for us Bills fans to accept but going forward Meathead will out coach McD in head to head meetings as well as over the course of a season. And the Pats front office will outperform the Bills front office. 3 Quote

My guess is he (wrongly) was fearful of having to punt in that heavy rain. Just so frustrating to concede the opportunity. Quote

Let’s voluntarily get them on the field as much as possible. Exactly zero other teams do that. “Fresh legs” this isn’t the NHL. Why do we do it? Our coach is clueless Well McD gotta have his boys play. The old vets Your completely right Edited 3 hours ago by BananaB Quote
Turbo44 Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Take it for what it’s worth - I have no documented proof - but I’ve been told that Beane was played by the Fins. He thought he had a deal in place for waddle but mia backed out last minute and Beane had no backup plan nor any time. So he was played by a team with no GM too funny and sad 1 1 Quote
EmotionallyUnstable Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Not to mention we now lost our last depth piece in Jackson and Kincaid what’s fixing to be a career ender based off his history 🥸 what went right today? Quote

I've heard otherwise. That this Waddle info coming out now is just smoke by Beanes camp. Beane wasnt given permission to trade any meaningful assets. As I said earlier this year, I think Beane is on his way out and they weren't letting him "potentially waste" anything at this point. Quote

Let Beane go and you give the new GM full control, nobody knows what McD controls exactly with roster decisions. But you give new GM ability to fire staff, and McD 1 year to see if roster changes help. McD is a great defensive coach and leader, no matter what people wamt to say. Player talent is lacking, injury or otherwise. Offense needs to find a playcallwr. outside the organization, who is capable of running a balanced attack. Brady is 90% run game and little creativity/ability to scheme open pass routes. the problem is at this point, even with a good gm i think it would take more than a year to make much of a dent in the roster...with out a fairly good tank Quote

PonyBoy Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Injuries year after year..I get it, next man up. So many years, so many injuries. Even when healthy, I just don't think the Bills were ever good enough to win SB since Allen on board. I understand the GM, HC criticism, but the players you pick need to be on the field too. Quote

Given Allen's cost, it's going to be nigh impossible. The time's growing short on this iteration. 1 Quote
billsfan714 Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Good news Curtis Samuel is up to 5 catches.....on the year and hes on pace to have over a hundred yards...on the season. 3 Quote

We have enough guys to restructure to create room for 1-2 key signings, and some 1 yr deals again. Mostly, its on hitting with the top 2 picks to contribute immediately. 1 Quote

So someone coming in, in theory would ditch a lot of our bad contracts and take a lot of dead cap. It would basically be a reset season. 1 Quote
