Josh ends up pressing because no one is open and ends up turning the ball over in the red zone. To me, it’s an offensive problem and I think McDermott needs to look at firing Brady. It might come as early as next week. You can tell with his press conference he’s not happy with the offense Brady will just be another scapegoat for the overall problem. McBeane pour into the defense every offseason giving Josh and the OC scraps for weapons and then when we lose a game giving up 30 points all blame still goes onto the offense. Brady isn’t the best but Beane and McD are the cancer to this organization’s downfall. 2 1 Quote

Brianmoorman4jesus Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago I fear Josh is going to have to get away from us if he ever wants to win. He’s going to have to Matt Stafford this thing. I feel so bad for him. We’re stuck with this coach that has only gotten worse somehow over time. Josh deserves better 2 3 Quote

Beane did try and get Waddle, so he did try. Miami may be regretting that later on. A rebuild will take them years before they're actually contenders. There were quite a few on finheaven upset the Dolphins passed up the offer Quote

A “cancer” that has the highest the winning percentage by an GM/HC in franchise history? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 You went a little over the top there, friend. But you do have a good point. Ever since Diggs left, they’ve failed to surround Josh with enough talent at WR. They should have invested in WR last season. Instead we get Keon Coleman and a couple of mid-level free agents Quote

You can tell with his press conference he’s not happy with the offense Maybe ol Sean should have hired an offensive coordinator with an actual track record of success and not built his team philosophy as if they had Mac Jones at quarterback. 1 1 Quote

FWIW the franchise QB wanted Brady in 2023. And also, Buffalo was one of the NFL’s top offense last year. So don’t act like Brady never had success. besides, unless you recycle a former OC, a lot of times you are hiring someone without any track record Edited 4 hours ago by JohnNord Quote

billsfan_34 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Most HC’s get to fire a coordinator or 2. If McDouche has to can Brady, then it is legitimate proof this guy has no idea how to bring in a quality OC. This “should” spell the end for him. It is time for Beane to make some really tough decisions. Quote
