Also a great place for every to cry and grumble when A) the Bills don't trade for anyone and B) every time a team like KC or the Pats gives up a 7th round choice on a developmental player

They might be. They have the cap space and there would be nothing Beane could do to stop that. Although people here would still blame him, somehow.

the Browns just gave him a huge contract. He’s not tradeable

They bottomed out for two straight years and hit on two drafts. Got the QB and spent wisely in FA this year. A rebuild should only take two years, but you have to get the cap completely reset (no paying for Myles Garrett with no QB) and you have to really suck for two years. And you need to get the QB right. The Bills never did any of this for almost 20 years of mediocrity.

They were talking about this on NFL Radio today. The way the Browns structured that deal. he only has 25 million cap hits for the next two seasons. If the Browns were blown away, they could accelerate a rebuild by trading him. It does seem unlikely, though.

Trading Garrett right now results in a $68M dead cap hit for the Browns in 2026.

Overthecap shows 42 mil for me. Puts them 30 mil over the cap which is a tough hit. Watsons cap hit is 80 mil next year lol

I thought this update meant the Pats traded their Kicker…..thus the “K” in front of Dugger. So I thought to myself, who trades a Kicker midseason?

It is imposible to make a trade in the NFL because its a horible year for buyers. The above teams were unbelievably lucky

I dont think Garrett to the Patriots is feasible.   That said, I could see them bringing in someone like Maxx Crosby, his contract is tradeable.
