Would you want to see Josh play hardball with the organization?

Firing? I'm not sure even tho I think the head coach needs to go. About getting him some top end wr's, yes. A lot of teams have two very good to great ones. We have a #3 and a slot guy at best.

Hardball to get a receiver except I don't know that Josh knows what type of receiver he needs.

Josh is a nice guy and something like that would seem out of character.  Plus it could ruin the locker room.    But a lot of the great QBs had that SOB/Diva in them.  

 

 

Josh had a below average to terrible game on Monday Night.  He himself will be the first to state that.   

 

Time for the entire team and the coaching staff to reflect and get a reality check;  pick up and move on to the next game.  The Bye couldn't have come at a MUCH better time for this team.

While I don't necessarily need Josh to play hardball off the field.  I would like to see him play hardball on the field.  He's a good guy, but a little more fire would be nice.  I mean we've seen Mahomes ranting and raving during games, pacing up and down the sidelines hyping guys up or even shouting if things aren't going way.  We've certainly seen that trait from Brady, Manning and some of the greats.  They get in guys faces sometimes.  I'd like to see Allen rip Keon a new one sometime!  Prob will never happen.

He would never do it. He wants to win one for Buffalo but if the Pegulas and their brain trust don’t get the FO and coaching straightened out I bet he’ll just play out his current contract and then leave. It’s not his responsibility to fix incompetence at that level. He should be protected and not put in that position

Allen is a people pleasing sort of a guy.  It's not in his nature to play hardball.   

 

I would like to see Allen take more control of the game on the field.  If Brady is calling wacky or ineffective plays such as tight end sweeps on third and one, Allen should audible out into a saner sort of play.

or the HC, you know, the guy whose job it is to run the team, should empower JA to do this.  Someone should ask McD if JA has this ability.

His net worth has doubled since buying the Sabres and Bills. He could singlehandedly fund the stadium and he'd still have more money than him and his family could spend in over 100 lifetimes. Don't act like him keeping the teams in Buffalo is some act of generosity.

Maybe I'm splitting hairs, but bad poll imo. The poll asks "Should Josh play hardball with the organization?".  There's a tacit assumption in that question that Josh is unhappy.

 

First sentence of OP "Like if he genuinely feels McDermott and Brady are holding him back". If that's not part of the poll question you've poisoned the pool imo.
