  1. Enjoy the wins. When they lose, don't get worked up. Keep your distance.
  2. As far as heartbreaking Bills' losses, this wasn't even in the top 10.
  3. It wasn't as if the Bills were going to be able to stop Mahomes and the Chiefs. He probably figured they had to score to keep up.
  4. I am too. That's why I am going to get very, very drunk tonight.
  5. I almost won the SB as the Bills on Madden but as it was getting near the end of the 4th quarter, my computer inexplicably caught on fire.
  6. For your mental health, it's important to keep your emotional distance from the Bills. Expect them to lose in the most horrible and inexplicable ways. Celebrate when they win. Otherwise, they'll rip your heart out. Sincerely, -A fan since 1973
  7. The only way to is teach Josh Allen to catch his own passes. And play linebacker. And maybe kick his own field goals. Keep Shakir, though. He's pretty good.
  8. Cook, off left tackle for three yards.
  9. "Silence Jim Nantz!" That's the funniest line in a very funny commercial. The evil transformer really sells it.
  10. I expect that when something works, unlike Dorsey, he'll keep doing it. I expect that when the other team has a known defensive weakness, unlike Dorsey, he'll try to exploit it. I expect that lost look on Allen's face when he's sitting on the bench between three-and-out and punts to go away.
  11. The thing that most confused me about Dorsey is that as soon as something worked, he would immediately do something else. In the Cinci game, on the first drive, they had a lot of success with an uptempo, no-huddle offense, so of course they went away from that for much of the rest of the game. Then, when time was nearly out and they had to drive the ball down the field quickly, they did, easily. I could never figure out what was going on in the guy's head.
  12. As a 40-year Bills' fan, eventually I figured out that the best way to be a successful fan is to keep your emotional distance from the team. Look for the best; expect the worst. Celebrate when they do well, but don't let the team rip out your heart, because you know they will. So if they're on a roll and something inexplicable happens, like the coaches play prevent defense to allow the other team to drive the ball 50 yards in 13 seconds, or a player dies on the field, or via a stupid penalty the Bills allow a redo on a missed field goal to lose a game, I go into chill mode immediately.
  13. Remember that the last time he celebrated in the Bengals game by pointing to a player on the other team, the refs immediately threw a flag on him.
  14. Allen and Jordan Whitehead have really good chemistry together!
  15. Miami's offense looked well-nigh unstoppable in Game 1 against the Chargers and Tua is really coming into his own as an excellent QB. Oh, wait.
  16. I believe that he's constantly seeking to recreate the incredible dopamine rush he got from throwing all those long touchdown passes in the playoffs against the Patriots and the Chiefs two years ago. He needs to figure out that that on a hot day or when you're playing against the Jets, a couple of beers can taste pretty good. You don't always need to hit the hard stuff.
  17. Maybe we can get Jordan Whitehead to play wide receiver for the Bills next year. He and Allen seem to have some pretty good chemistry. 😶
  18. Any objective observer would have to conclude that Josh Allen has the best elbow in the NFL.
  19. Allen is one of the best quarterbacks in the league, but Allen isn't good at all.
  20. If Allen had been drafted by Cleveland, he would not have developed as he has. On the other hand, if Mayfield had been drafted by Buffalo with its coaching staff, he would be much better. However, under almost any scenario you can think of, Allen > Mayfield.
  21. I don't know. She seems a little young for him.
  22. My statistics are a little rusty, but since you're hitting us with math, shouldn't one standard deviation above the norm put a team in the top third of all offenses?
