As we usually do with power backs, I expect we'll let Robinson run at will between the 20s and force Penix to beat us in the red zone.

I expect a close game decided by a mistake made in communication between Penix and the Falcons sideline.

I kind of feel like the Bills are going to try to force Penix to throw early in the game and try to stop Bijan early. I think they possibly are willing to give up chunk plays in the air to stop the Falcons from controlling the game. I think they want to test Penix early and hopefully force a turnover or third and long situations. It would be my strategy to have a younger less proven QB beat you rather than let an All-World RB take over the game. Then again McD makes some weird defensive decisions...

Penix has poor numbers outside 10 yards.  Very low catchable ball rate. If I’m Bills I play base defense most of night.  Often stacking the box, pressing, Benford on Drake, trying to stop Bijan, and daring Penix to beat us with his arm.

Offense- lots of 12 and 13 personnel, smash mouth football and let James Cook.  Lots of play action.  Lots of Dalton.  Josh his sharp self.

There's a stale feeling throughout the fan base. There's a sense that last week/tonight might be the beginning of the end for this regime, giving way to NE. Ownership won't fire any time soon, so when I say the end, I'm referring to competing for Super Bowls. Every regime has a limited lifespan before things get stale. I'm on high alert for more signs of this tonight, as I would argue that the whole season, despite winning early, has had this feel. I hope to be pleasantly surprised and re-energized, but my confidence is very low.

I pray we learned our lesson and never see those god awful "cold front" uniforms again.

I usually don't care about things like uniforms, but those were pretty bad IMO.

The fanbase will want to fire everyone if there's a loss tonight but I don't get the sense the locker room will be all that panicked unless this is a dramatic blowout or massive injuries. The Bills are "hurting for a bye" early with a lot of dings and bruises and week to week injuries. The Bills will also get the PED Twins back after the bye a pair of vet D-line players that should help. In addition the team will likely make an addition at the trade deadline likely on the defense (I don't think there's any difference making WR's out there that the Bills can fit in cap wise) and Mad Max will be hopefully closer to coming back after the bye (maybe his 21 day window is activated after the bye).

This is a vet team that had close divisional race against the Pats in 2021 and against the Fins in 2023. They know it is a long season.

Just saw this:

The Atlanta Falcons have used a standard practice squad elevation on cornerback Keith Taylor and wide receiver Deven Thompkins ahead of their Monday Night Football matchup with the Buffalo Bills.

HOW COME NO ONE IS TALKING ABOUT THE FACT WE ONLY HAVE 3 DTs ON THE ROSTER…

Ed, Daquon and Walker are on the 53 I would imagine Zion gets the call up

Zion's out of call-ups, he would have to be brought up to the 53.

Isn’t Logue out of call ups? Hes had three already. Plus aren’t the elevations supposed to be reported the day before the game?

They have two nickel corners banged up.

I am listening to sal on wgr right now and he really is making it sound like Kincaid and Samuel are not going to play.  I really hope that is not the case.

This is exactly what I'd do - I hear the Falcons are on the smaller side and good against the pass - So let's smash it down their throats with our big men!

Idt Samuel being out would be that big of a loss. Is he really all that of an upgrade over Elijah Moore?

Kincaid on the other hand would be a bit of a disappointment
