Just cancel trick plays if you’re a good team. If you are a true underdog with little chance of winning, try the trick plays bc you need them. Otherwise just run your ***** offense.

What was the penalty?

I turned it after the TD

Procedural.

Goff didn't reset.

This is the highest order of bull#### where KC gets to tell the refs to drop a flag 2 minutes after an opposing touchdown to take the opposing touchdown off the board. NFL is letting themselves get turned into a laughingstock for the sake of one team.

It was the right call based on the rule book, but the type of thing they never call/catch. As someone else mentioned, I’m sure a phone call was made instructing the refs to make that call.

Should’ve been fine Goff just has to set…seeing as they’ve got a guy with qb experience throwing the ball that’s about as easy to execute a trick play gets.  Montgomery through a laser lol

Does it matter that Goff wasnt under center?

Hes not even standing behind center for more than 1 second

Agreed. I always thought that it was a penalty only if you put your hands under the center to take the snap.

Priocedural.

Goff didn't reset.

Let's see how many procedurals the Chiefs pick up today. Like #74 lining up in the backfield, #74 moving before the snap, etc

You might as well tell Dan Campbell to stop going for it on 4th. He’s the most fun HC in football. Never change, Kneecaps.

Wouldn’t it be great if the NFL held a press conference each week to openly address questionable calls and rulings like that one.   An attempt at transparency at least?!?   I get them wanting to “get it right” but the double standard is egregious
