Why keep bringing certain guys back?

Fans calling for a HC/GM change with a team that is 4-1 and in 1st place in their division which they have won 6 years in 

a row and made the playoffs 7 years straight are the ones who know nothing about "standards".

As of now, they haven't.

 

It 5 games into a 17-game season.  No owner would do what these fans are suggesting. NONE.

Its because of the owners trying to cash in on every penny they can. Why pay for good players when you know josh allen will sacrafice is body to try and win. I think the pegulias are thiefs.

You're a fan and have the right to believe any way you want.  That is for sure.

 

I have my opinion which is very different.  I just voiced back strongly (which I seldom do) the way I see it.

 

In Josh's presser after the game, he was very loud stating his concerns.  3 turnovers and penalties lost the game.

It was the players making stupid mistakes, not the coaches or the GM that lost that game, according to Josh, and I happen to agree.

 

I agree that both the GM, HC and assistant coaches need to be better, but they are not the ones missing tackles, blocks and making

other mistakes.  I had a quick argument with someone in the GDT about a procedure penalty on leaving the RT uncovered.

 

The poster blamed McDermott.  I disagreed saying these players know the rules since Peewee ball.

I won't convince him he is wrong, and he won't convince me I'm wrong.

The coach and GM need to bring people in that can execute. They need to put them in a position to execute.  If the players consistently fail to do so it is absolutely a failure of tae coach and GM and on multiple levels.

boss, I’m a season ticket holder of a non-bills team even. I promise I follow other teams pretty closely. And it’s my impression that we do more of the Hyde/poyer retirement tour coaching kickoffs than maybe any team in the league.
 

once you normalize for that I do think we also keep a deeper bench of non practice -practice squad guys, ala Spector, instead of rummaging in others closets.

 

yea, every team has a couple. It feels like we have a few more and then we layer another couple that can’t play on top of that.

frankly with the salary floor, outside ebbs and flows with big bonuses and dead money, everyone’s spending about the same
