A 53 yarder today is like a 30 yarder from 20 years ago. I bet that Cowboys kicker could hit one from 75 yards. Quote

Agree. That soccer player Dallas picked up has an insane leg. Even Aubrey's 64 yard kick this year looked like he could make it from even further out. Edited 3 hours ago by WideNine 1 Quote

dcinmuncie Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Not necessarily a thought about the patriots game, but we do tend to have a yearly 2 game losing streak. Hope we end that next Monday 6 minutes ago, Albwan said: I think the league is steering towards a pats-chiefs afc championship ... Miyagi-Do Karate Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago (edited) Special Teams were outstanding against one of the best ST units in the league. Franklin clotheslined their stud punt returner, and cam Lewis violently took out Gibson and caused a fumble. New punter looked solid too. Prater made his kicks. Feel terrible for Gibson, but not recovering that fumble was a biggie. The Patriots player was just in the exact right spot. 1 Quote
first_and_ten Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago I feel that we are going to have to endure quite a few more losses. New England will win the division. 44 minutes ago, Albwan said: I think the league is steering towards a pats-chiefs afc championship ... It's hard not to think this particular crew has some kind of grudge against the Bills. 1 Quote

The Patriots have a much easier schedule with only the Bucs as a tough opponent. Umm, well, and perhaps Buffalo at NE. That is, if Buffalo fixes their secondary. Pats schedule, Saints, Titans, Browns, Falcons, Bucs, Jets, Bengals, Giants, Bills, Ravens, Jets, and Dolphins. Buffalo schedule, @ Falcons, @ Panthers, Chiefs, @ Dolphins, Bucs, @ Texans, @ Steelers, Bengals, @ Patriots, @ Browns, Philly, NY Jets. Quote
stuvian Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago I expected us to split the series with the Pats this year. I did not expect us to go 17 - 0. I didn't watch the entire game. What I did see made me think the Pats wanted this worse than we did. Vrabel will be a challenge every game. We've been playing with our food for a few weeks now. KC did it last year and the Eagles are doing it this year. There are just too many games and too many injuries in a 17 game season. The league is watered down and the regular season just doesn't mean as much. We didn't play badly but were the less focused team on the field. I still think we're the best in the conference Quote

Even after they did a replay, I thought it wasn’t a catch Was after 2 minute warning so dont think challengeable But should have insisted on both review Quote
Playoffs? Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago 2 hours ago, Gregg said: A 53 yarder today is like a 30 yarder from 20 years ago. I bet that Cowboys kicker could hit one from 75 yards. I agree. It’s getting way too easy to make 50 and 60 yarders. I think it’s time to narrow the goal posts again… seriously. Quote
Success Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I think the most disappointing thing is the realization that we're likely not going to have the same kind of lopsided record against the Pats that they had against us w/ Brady. I can see them being a split a lot of the years moving forward. They're more competitive than we were during the drought. It's kind of a silly, minor thing - just wanting to "even things up." But I can be petty. Quote

jkeerie Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago The Pats won because the Bills chose last night to play their absolute worst game of the season on offense and the Pats were able to take advantage of the Bill's injuries on the D line, LB and CB. Still...with all that...the Bills lost by 3 points. 18 minutes ago, Success said: I think the most disappointing thing is the realization that we're likely not going to have the same kind of lopsided record against the Pats that they had against us w/ Brady. DuckyBoys Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago More of the same glaring stuff. Couldnt overcome the 3 turnovers and all those penalties when you add some miscues and bizarre calls from Brady I wouldn't be opposed to not seeing Knox on the field anymore All those FA wrs Beane brought in on the cheap are good for a play or two every few games We still need someone capable of winning 1 on 1 but the front office is too stubborn to make the big move. Frustrating to see Maye roll to his right over and over with no defender there. Defense once again can never stop anything when the chips are down Struggling to remember last time they stopped a team with the chance to go ahead at the end of the game Allen looked physically worn down by the 4th quarter.
