Strong chance Ravens miss playoffs?

It’s pretty wild that they were the favorites coming into the season.  Two years ago, they had their best team ever and still couldn’t get out of the AFC.  Not sure why anybody would put their money on them do get it done this season when they had the lowest odds…total sucker bet.

The vibe here in B'more is "once the Ravens get healthy" the schedule gets less daunting and they should be able to go on a 8-9 game run to make the playoffs.  On face value, I have no issue with that, IF, they can get healthy.  But healthy is relative as guys fall to injury all season long.  So will they ever be 'healthy'????

they can afford like 3 or maybe 4 more losses all season, and down so much talent right now means if they drop 2 or their next 4 they are basically out.  they are way better than their record IMO, but injuries are big.  i'd say they make the playoffs at a 35% likelihood right now.

You know what?  Eff ‘em.  The Ravens are another entitled fan base who were handed a team who almost immediately became a Super Bowl contender and has won two trophies.  They’ve never “suffered” and one can argue they’ve actually underperformed even when healthy.

 

Of the AFC teams I dislike outside the division, the Ravens are at the top of the list (yes, even above KC).

Probably so, but that sounds pretty similar to the thinking everyone had for last night’s game.

Their season is over and I’m thrilled. There aren’t many teams they can beat. Teams have figured out how to spy Lamar in a new way and it’s confusing the hell out of him.

They still have a good OL and Derrick Henry.  If Henry stops fumbling, they will be alright,
