Play-by-play Audio In Stadium

Seems like the Bills should be able to give the fans who spend sooooo much money to be there a way to have an earbud in one ear to listen to a ‘live’ radio call. There’s just so much that you miss - especially injury updates. I do enjoy the atmosphere and crowd noise but it would be so incredibly better if I could have an AirPod in one ear with game insights like you get from announcers on the radio or tv.

I love the energy of being at the games live, but it is a better viewing experience at home. That could be improved, if the NFL cared about the people in the seats.

Small transistor radios only purpose are to play sound publicly. Cell phones and tablets have 10000000000 uses that don't necessarily interfere with the people around you. Transistor radios do not. 

You could likely get away with those AM/FM headphones. They used to be way more common in stadium. 

I am way less concerned with the PbP than I am with replays. I keep my FUBO app playing the game when I go in, so if anything is close I can just pull it out of my pocket and the broadcast is already showing me.

My guess is that issue with radio's is that they are built to project sound publicly.

I would be shocked if security gave a shirt if you had a pocket sized thing with no speaker and only earbuds.

Exactly. It has headphones. Small ones that are discreet.

WGR is on audacity. Most gameday audio is placed out

Games are also on SiriusXM if the audacy stream is unavailable...though I can barely even send a text from the stadium during the game.

The guys behind us (seasons) in the Kelly years were allowed to bring a boom box in.  My mom was in the group of us and she bought them a pack of batteries as a gift at the 51-3 game.

They used to have a channel in the stadium that was synced up to the game, like 1600 on your AM dial.

You could always try bringing one of those emergency radios that you wind up to get power. I think I still have one of those somewhere.

I always thought it would have been interesting to hear the Bills radio broadcast announce the game live over the speakers at the stadium

Go to any Goodwill or Salvation Army store. You'll probably find a pocket transistor AM radio.

Maybe look for an AM/Fm wrist watch I am sure that can sneak buy security and it also doesn’t have a removable battery.

 

Not sure if they will use Bluetooth or have aux options but could work
