One game i’m interested to see the result  in is the Steelers/Patriots.

Who do you see winning this game and why?

To me it’s a total toss up.  I will say I think there’s more pressure on Pittsburgh to win just due to the fact that the Bengals are down Burrow and the Ravens have a tough out with Detroit.

Who ya got?

I've been having the same issue.  Hate to see a division rival gain momentum, but Patriots have not looked very good, even in their win.  That said, clearly the Steelers had Super Bowl expectations.  I never thought those expectations were realistic...but still, seems like a team that if things come together could compete with the Bills in AFC so I'd rather see them taken out of the mix.  It's kind of tie, but the tiebreaker is that I can't stand Rodgers...so I'm going Patriots on this one.

Nothing suggests the Patriots are a good team either.

It is going to come down to mistakes.

The Pats barely beat the Dolphins and the Steelers barely beat the Jets.

They also both lost to bad middling teams.  It makes me sick to hope the Steelers win this game.

Nope. Not rooting for a division rival in any case.  The Steelers aren't a threat, in my opinion. Id prefer to see the Stillers win.  They'll unravel soon enough.

SOMEBODY from the AFCE has to step up, right ? I mean it really can’t be this easy every single year.

Packers ultimate trap game at Browns

Cleveland should be 1-1. The Browns defense is legit. They held Joe Burrow, Ja'Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, and Chase Brown to 17 yards of offense in the second half. No, I didn't omit a zero. They should have won that game. They lost by a point and had a missed XP and a missed chip shot FG. The Packers have looked good, but they have played two games at Lambeau. Let's see how they look on the road against an excellent defense.

Why would this be a toss up? Root for Pittsburgh to give our closest AFC East competitor a loss. Surely you're not worried about the Steelers getting a win - they stink and are going nowhere in the long run

There are a lot of good games in the 1:00 window. The least interesting game is the PIT-NE game.

  • Rams-Eagles: I don't think I need to sell this one
  • GB-CLE: I talked about this one above
  • HOU-JAX: Houston is desperate and the Jags just lost a heartbreaker in Cincinnati. Both teams need this one in the worst way.
  • NYJ-TB: The Jets should get stomped and I always love to see that.
  • CIN-MIN: Two backups. I am interested to see Browning go up against MIN's excellent pass rush.
  • IND-TEN: The Colts have been excellent, but they should be 1-1. This will also be their first game on the road. Are they this year's Vikings or Saints?

Then in the 4:00 window you get DEN-LAC. In all, sounds like an excellent day of stress-free football.

I think Steelers win that one.

Be interested to see the Jets with Tyrod starting. You have to think Baker will do a number on them.

Also interested in Viking/Bengals. Cincy missing Burrow but how will the Vikes do with Wentz (!!!) at QB. I have a sneaking feeling their offense will look more like it did under Darnold but who knows.

Eagles Rams should be good. I'm predicting the Rams defeat the champs.

Then we'll see if the Chargers can sustain their great start.

And of course, can the Giants beat the Chiefs. I hope that D line plays out of its skin and beats the living s*** out of Mahomes. KC fans think it'll be a walk in the park but I'd laugh my lunch up if they lost. A loss in OT would be wonderful.
