Grade 2 (Moderate): Partial tearing of the ligament. Healing Time: 3-6 weeks. Grade 3 (Severe): A complete tear of the ligament, often requiring surgery. Healing Time: Several months to 6 months or longer. When they say torn its 3 to 6 weeks minimum to potentially season ending. I really hope this kids catches a break. Not a Cincy fan at all but Geez its always something with him This is accurate. If he needs surgery he is probably out for the year. Maybe outside chance he can come back late Dec/Jan if they can make the playoffs. If he doesn't need surgery, probably looking at mid November. 1 Quote

The Ravens will lose a stupid game or two somewhere that no one saw coming, like to the Raiders and Browns last year. And we have the H2H against them. Not worried. Quote
Process Posted September 15 Posted September 15 Looks like he's done. Honestly hate to see that. Awful. 2 Quote
NoHuddleKelly12 Posted September 15 Posted September 15 I knew better but still drafted him in FF (even late as I did)—in my defense I figured he’d last until at least mid-season…my bad! 🤬 Time to hit the waiver wire for Geno! Quote

This would be the 3rd season Burrow will have essentially missed with a major injury. 50% of his career... Turns out when you have an injury prone QB you probably shouldn't have Cody Ford as one of your starters. 1 Quote

Captain Hindsight Posted September 15 Posted September 15 Browning is about as good a backup as there is. He can sling it but this is a huge blow to the Bengals 1 Quote
Herc11 Posted September 15 Posted September 15 It was only a matter of time until Bengals looked really stupid re-signing Higgins and not addressing their O-line more aggressively. 2 Quote

The difference this time may be the upcoming schedule (@MIN, @DEN, DET, @GB). What a brutal stretch that is to be without your starting quarterback. 4 Quote
harryS Posted September 15 Posted September 15 Browning was 4-3 as a starter two years ago. Here's his game log: https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/B/BrowJa08/gamelog/2023/ He did well against non-playoff teams and teams resting their starters in Week 18. Lost against all playoff teams, including getting swept by the wild-card Steelers. He's a pretty good backup but Cincy will not make the playoffs with him at the helm. Most importantly, they are now out of the 1-seed race. They were probably a pretty big underdog in that race, but now they have a 0% chance. Quote
SCBills Posted September 15 Posted September 15 All the more reason to get the 1 seed and avoid the Bengals sneaking with Burrow back as the 7. Quote
Billsfanatic8989 Posted September 15 Posted September 15 Great player. But fair or not, he definitely has issues with injuries. Quote

That sucks. Hope he wasn’t your top 2 picks. There was a guy in one of the 3 leagues I play for cash who drafted him with the last pick of the 1st round 😂 Serves him right. He passed up Josh Allen and Lamar, who respectively went within the next 4 picks. 1 Quote

Oh I def wouldn’t have picked him over Josh or Lamar, he was all that was left from that tier, I’d gone WR/RB heavy first. 😝 Quote
